This place was perfect for our stay. 5 mins to the main strip which included all sorts of restaurants and live entertainment. The condo itself was a bit small but had all the necessary amenities to cook our own breakfasts and share in a movie. The pool area was relaxing and peaceful with a tons of great retirees to hang out with. Brad and Heidi were available at all times to provide us with advice and assistance in our daily activities. I would definitely stay here again. 👍🏻👍🏻

Heidi And Brad's place is located in a group of secure condos with a great private pool only steps away from their ground level unit. The condo is more than well equipped, ranging in everything from rec gear to cooking condiments. The only issue of our stay was with water, and this was out of the hosts control with longer than scheduled water main repairs taking place at 2 different occasions during our stay. Fortunately, these only turned into temporary inconveniences. I feel these properties are best suited to young families and/or retirement aged travelers. Cocomarindo is a quieter area compared to Tamarindo, but i feel venturing out alone at night from the property could still be a bit risky, so the security at this place seems necessary but also provides comfort and a safe setting for those who wish to relax without worry of theft, or solicitation while doing so. thank you

a hacienda of palm trees and greenery. just the right size apartment with everything you need and a little more. wonderful pool at the same time close to the beach and 7 minutes to the city center which offers food and music. Coco is very nice and people there too. The host couple respond quickly to our questions etc. I can really recommend this place.

Beautiful Complex. Friendly people, great location condo was a great little place, everything you need. Walking distance to the main strip in Coco. The store in front of the complex was perfect for beer, water and snacks. Condo pool was awesome, lots of friendly people in this complex! The 24/7 security gives great peace of mind. Host was very responsive. Thanks for sharing your home. Would stay again.

This condo & the complex it's in were very nice and comfortable. It had good air-conditioning, everything we needed in the kitchen and we appreciated having the boogie boards and other extras. The pool area was lovely and we were usually the only ones using it. Being in a gated community helped us feel safe, and the staff was all very pleasant. The proximity to grocery store and other shops was good. The only concern we had was the area right outside the complex. It was not at all what we expected and did not always feel safe. All in all, we enjoyed our time there. Pura Vida

The condo is in a beautiful condo complex. The pool is fantastic. The grounds is full of flora and fauna. We enjoyed seeing the Howler monkies right outside the condo, and there is lots of birds. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4, and had everything you could possibly need inside for a comfortable stay. The condo complex itself, is in a very rundown/poor part of town, and was very loud with bikes, and very smelly. I wouldn't recommend going there without a vehicle, as walking at night time to and from town, felt a bit uneasy, especially with our children. We would stay here again, as the condo itself was absolutely lovely!
