- Main area: Five bedrooms with four king beds and one queen bed, along with spacious living areas and the signature glass bridge.
- Additional sleeping area: Four bedrooms with two king beds and two queen beds.
- Individual guest rooms: Four rooms, each with a single bed and private bathroom.
All shared spaces and the rooftop are exclusively available to your group.

Daniel was such a wonderful host. Very responsive with communication. Was at the house to meet us and provided groceries ahead of time so we did not need to for to market. Private dinner was amazing. Would definitely go back. Perfect for large groups.

Had a really great stay at this mansion in playa del carmen. Our concierge Daniel was extremely helpful. He was very timely in his responses and flexible in his assistance. He helped arrange transportation for us and otherwise made our stay very enjoyable.

Arrived to a dirty place with "11" bedrooms still being cleaned by 1 person, an A/C being repaired and construction workers still on their shift. With a group of 20 people after a long flight we had no better option but to stay. During our stay we had a toilet that when being flushed the water would go up to the sink or leak from the bottom. The same repairman came over, removed the toilet, made himself at home and started drinking with the locals outside the property for the rest of the night. The toilet was never re installed. After that we had no desire to contact the host, and just gave up. We had leaking AC's so we used buckets and a mop. Bedding has stains and rundown sheets. The pictures you see are photoshoped. Host will offer you a negotiated discount, stay away its not worth it.

Great stay overall! The mansion was perfect for our group, and the host Daniel went above and beyond helping with logistics, including arranging transportation, grocery shopping, a private dinner, and quickly resolving any issues that came up. A couple of minor drawbacks were that the shower water never got very hot and a few rooms were being renovated, but neither impacted our trip in a meaningful way. Excellent hospitality and communication. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay at mansion Mauresque was a roller coaster of emotions. The house is at advertised, in a fair location about 7 blocks from Quinta, spacious, and does accommodate a large group. however, prior to arriving i messaged Ruben to confirm all rooms and headcount, upon arrival we find out construction is happening on 4 of these rooms and are told by the host that he could not have foreseen this inconvenience which is why i was not made aware (hard to believe you didn't know remodeling was taking place). this lead to some of my family members have to find another accommodation, to Rubens credit he reimburse the cost of the additional rental. Cleanliness was not very good, most towels and bed linens had stains on them, refrigerator did not cool down and leaked water continuedly, WIFI never worked, the house has alot of bathrooms but not enough showers, construction noise and dust was consistent. Communication with the support team is complicated as their is too many of them.
