Casa Magica

10/10! My family of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids) had a great stay at Casa Magica. Plenty of privacy, relaxation, and service to make it feel like a true vacation. Chef Martin & Gabby were amazing! Real friendly and family oriented. Had exceptional service and great food, 5star! Would highly recommend. Definitely looking to use their services again! Communication is key. Be sure to communicate any additional needs or deposit inquires daily. Bring water shoes! Shoreline is rocky and the sargassum was bad during our stay. Nothing you can do, just be mindful of the time of year. All-in-all, we had a great time and would stay here again!

This AIRBNB is one of the best. The absolute stand out was chefs Martin and Gabi. The food was better than a 5 star resort, certainly the highlight of our trip! The area was affected by sargassum while we were there, but the pool and setting were ideal. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

This was the perfect set-up for our crew of 8 adults / 5 kids. We would absolutely return to the same villa! - Great layout, comfortable and clean rooms. - Communication (Gustavo) was great, and accomodated requests like extra cribs, high chairs, etc with no issue. - Cleaning (Reina) and maintenance (Marcos) were excellent. - Meals (Gaby) were fantastic. - Setting up any extras (shopping transportation, airport shuttles, massage, groceries) was very easy and fair. Our only notes (not criticisms, just to be aware): - The pool isn't heated. It warms up well in the sun so non-issue for us, might be chilly in colder seasons. - Groceries are paid in cash. The structure is a deposit and then top-ups as needed. We figured the deposit was an estimate for the week and so didn't budget enough extra cash for the top-ups. Everything is backed up with receipts so we had no issue with the top-ups, just a note to bring LOTS of cash as we were quite low by the end.

We had such a lovely time at Casa Magica! If you can believe it the house is even more beautiful than the pictures show. Our chefs Gabi and Gabi were incredible, their cooking was delicious. My 1.5 year old really liked the younger Gabi and would run over to her to get picked up every morning it was so heartwarming! Marcos set us up with an amazing cenote tour with his brother and Reina was so kind and kept the house looking great. Being right on the beach with relatively little foot traffic was so dreamy. I’m already looking forward to next year!

The entire on-site staff was fantastic. Gabby our chef, Marcos who tended to the grounds, and the maid Reina. All so friendly. Food was delicious all week long.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a very private, peaceful location. Unfortunately, due to the time of year, the beaches were not usable due to the sargassum seaweed. Enjoyed the chef service and Reina cleaned the facilites daily. The only negative that i could attribute to the house is the WiFi. It wasn’t reliable. However, everything else was perfect.

Casa Magica was such a beautiful spot for our extended family to stay! There was plenty of room for our crew to spread out and have separate sleeping spaces along with common areas big enough for everyone to be comfortable. It was amazing to have our own pool as well as being right on the ocean. We loved having Gabriella and Juli cook for us! It fully allowed us to rest and soak in all the aspects of vacation! Marcos and Reyña also took such good care of us keeping us in fresh towels and fixing any repairs along the way. We loved our time!!

We had an amazing time at Casa Magica, celebrating multiple 40th birthdays! The house was very spacious & clean and the separate casita was perfect for the small family in our group. It was a dream spending our days drifting from pool to beach. The house staff were incredibly kind and accommodating—Gaby and Camilla kept us well fed with their delicious meals (some faves: chilaquiles, tuna sashimi, lime soup, and shrimp stuffed avocado) and nightly dessert celebrations; Reina helped with a load of laundry for some of us continuing our vacations; Marco cut down some fresh coconuts & told us about a nearby cenote; and Gustavo helped answer all our questions. We also had a relaxing yoga morning with Sofia and ventured to the ruins with Javier, ending with some snorkeling in a cenote. How to go about paying for meals was unclear in advance (just that we would have to), but we worked it out! Overall the location and trip was absolute MAGICA! Can’t wait to return.

Would stay again…

Our stay at Casa Mágica was glorious from start to finish. The house is more spacious than the pictures show and our family of 11 (9 adults and 2 kids) shared lots of beautiful moments together as well as ample space to not feel crowded. Fan favorites were the bed swing, sunrise from the beach chairs and stargazing from the roof. The architectural touches were a special touch and there are many nooks and comfy places to relax throughout the property. We enjoyed kayaking in the sea from our beach. We are glad we brought swim shoes because the beach is rocky. Gabby and Bullmaro were an extraordinary treat in the kitchen with their sweet presence and delicious meals. The salsa verde and salsa matcha are still raved about. They decorated for our birthday celebration and made fresh lobster and a tres leche cake. 🩵 We lost power for a day which ended up not being a big deal. We also enjoyed massages by the pool on our last day which was coordinated by Gustavo, the property manager.
