We visited as a family looking for a place to relax, and our stay was wonderful. The house has everything needed and is completely comfortable. We really enjoyed the board games and the pool; the weather is spectacular, as is the quiet atmosphere of the place. We would definitely go back!

What an absolute hidden gem. Alvaro's place is off of the beaten path, which is exactly what I needed for a break from Managua. Quite, secure, fast internet (in case I decided I wanted to work) clean, nice, and a gorgeous pool. I could not have asked for anything more. I will definitely return

Highly recommend this amazing air bnb! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very clean the moment you enter. Hosts provided very clear instructions and responded to any question I had prior to check in. They communicated their pool person would go clean the morning after check in which they did with no issues. Beautiful home with a pool. Simply loved it, plan on going back some time in the future.

Cute place, and less than an hour to losts of tourist locations - Masaya, Granada, Apollo Laguna. The pool in the yard was great to cool down, and the A/C was nice especially with good fans in both bedrooms. Great communication while we were here and overall a wondeful stay.
