Old, dirty and musty house. Absolutely not recommended. Don't book!!! Unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet our expectations at all. Upon arrival, the house was clearly not properly cleaned, and there was a huge musty, dirty smell. There were stains everywhere on the curtains and bedding. The towels were old and not fresh. There was no mosquito net by the bed, although it was shown in the photos. All the bikes had flat tires. Outside, too, decorations and materials were dirty, damaged or broken. The beds and linen were old and didn't feel clean. One room had more of a hostel feel. There were spots of dead mosquitoes on the walls. Shower, faucets and kitchen very outdated. Also, part of the washing machine room was dirty. Unfortunately, the host responded unfriendly and seemed indignant about our criticism. It is not about taste but about hygiene and maintenance. We are really not difficult or critical, but this was substandard. The house needs renovation and should not be rented out.

The house is very comfortable and bright. Close to everything and at the same time secluded. The only observation is that, being behind the Somos hotel, on Saturday night there was very loud music that made it impossible to sleep, and it went on until 1 am.

Spent a great surf vacation with 3 of my college friends at Alma’s place. The location was incredible, easy walk to incredible surf, as well as restaurants and shops. We loved the house and pool. An amazing week that I’d love to do again.

A very nice place. Unfortunately, the first night the air conditioning in one room did not work, but they were very attentive and the next day they fixed it. I'm not giving it 5 stars because of that and because the master bedroom was humid and there were no kitchen utensils, such as a microwave, rice cooker, etc. Also, the parking for a large car was very inconvenient. The car had to stay outside, but everything else was very good. They were very attentive to everything.

Location could not have been better! We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the house and the pool. Would totally book again and recommend — only thing was there was a few bugs in the house/room and the water went off at one point but I think that’s out of their control in Santa Teresa!

Casa Ines is a wonderful place to stay for a family vacation. Walking distance to great beach and many restaurants. Beautiful well kept house with very nice outside pool area. Staff are friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!
