Host was amazing, it was like hotel service every day. They cleaned, made the beds, and even folded our clothes to be all neat and tidy. 10/10 would stay here again if we came back to the area. We all had ZERO issues with our stay. Thank you!

Excellent stay!! Arnulfo and Lupita who are the staff working there , super accommodated and with an excellent attitude, the beautiful house, impeccable cleanliness and the perfect location close to everything, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, coffee shops, we had an amazing time, super recommended to come back , we made some extra requests and gave them to us without any problem , they have all the amenities, the house is very welcoming, beautiful decor , we felt right at home

Our stay at Refugio de Arco was truly unforgettable. We were able to walk to most of the sites in Antigua, safe and perfectly located. The house is a beautiful blend of comfort and unique decor, making it a perfect retreat to rest and explore Antigua. The house attendants, Alfonso (I hope I have his name correct) and Lupita provided outstanding service; they were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we felt right at home throughout our stay. Every detail of the house is thoughtfully designed, and the ambiance is both warm and inviting. We absolutely love the patio were we enjoyed our coffee each morning prepared by Lupita. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting Antigua! We will definitely return.

I have no better words other than sublime! The people at the house were nothing but kind, helpful, friendly, simply the best! Always eager to assist. They were somehow friendly yet respectful. It was one for the best experiences we’ve had. Now with the house, it has to be the coziest place an airbnb can be. You feel at home right of the bat. It makes you feel peaceful, besides the fact it’s beautiful and everything is so perfectly curated! The furniture, decor, all the details give you the best Antigua experience while maintaining great accommodations. It is so well located I felt the need to walk everywhere and somehow I now enjoy walking places. I can’t wait to go to Antigua again and stay at this house. Worth every penny.

We had a great time staying at this place, totally recommend it! Location was really good - right in the center of Antigua (walking distance from Antigua’s main attractions). The house is beautiful and it had everything we needed - we even had our own staff who served us a delicious breakfast. We really liked that the rooms had AC (it seems that its one of the few houses that offers AC). Huge thanks to the host, Carlos, for being so attentive and responsive.
