Guests have exclusive use of the house, pool, and parking lot. Rates depend on the number of occupants and are strictly enforced. Additional guests require extra payment.
Electricity conservation is encouraged due to high costs. A daily allotment of 40 kWh is included in the rate. Meter readings are taken at arrival and departure, with any excess usage billed to guests and collected by the property manager.
