We do have 3 very friendly house dogs which do not have access to the casita or its yard. RATES LONGER STAY AVAILABLE The space Studio size apartment with private enclosed garden area. Guest access Palm Beach Estates is a quiet community and all restaurants and the mini super are within a short walk or bicycle ride from Casita Pelicano. We have 4 restaurants within the community and many more in neighboring Playa Grande. Palm Beach is a bay with numerous surf spots within a short 2 - 3 minute walk from the casita Long beautiful white sandy beaches perfect for long walks or running at low tide. We have the most amazing sunsets so take a cocktail down to the beach and watch the sun setting (or coffee to watch sunrise) A short beach walk to the water taxi to take you over to Tamarindo (only available during the day) Parking for guests is available on the street just outside the gate entrance. PLEASE NOTE! You will walk through our yard to gain access to the Casita and private casita garden. We have 2 rather plump friendly house pets. They do not have access to your casita and garden. Other things to note On street Parking available. Communal entrance to the entry of your private studio apartment with a private fully fenced yard.

This is one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in! Beautiful location, very clean, and Hazel was always available when we reached out. The beach is a 5 minute walk. perfect for dawn patrol surfers and a quiet beach to take long walks. It is close to everything you need! And the dogs on the property are so sweet! Staying at Hazel’s made our vacation extra special. We would highly recommend!!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. the apartment is spacious and the backyard charming, especially when the monkeys were sleeping in the trees above us. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Hazel was very kind and went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable. Definitely recommend 👌

Hazel's place was delightful, we loved it! The location cannot be beat - just a short walk (~3 min) to the beach, Playa Grande. We loved the large private yard, the hammock, and the kitchen for cooking. Quaint, cozy, & comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great place! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and restaurants but still quiet at night. Hazel and Kim where incredibly responsive and provided a fantastic list of local recommendations. I would 100% stay here again!"

The beach studio is located only about 300 meters from the beautiful, natural Playa Grande, which does not have a beach service, but is pleasantly quiet and not very touristy. The studio is functionally furnished in American style. Two boogie boards, two beach chairs and a bicycle were provided free of charge – a second bicycle would be desirable. The washing machine and dryer mentioned in the listing were not available, but were well compensated by a free laundry service. The hairdryer was provided later. The car is parked on the street, access to the bungalow is currently via a construction site. The gardener came unannounced during our stay. Overall, a well-located accommodation with quiet beach proximity and small potential for improvement.

We hand a wonderful stay. Hazel was available for anything if we needed it and very easy to contact. Wonderful private patio and yard to relax in. Very private. Just the right amount of room. Loved it.

Amazing place . Peaceful and lovely . If you want more of shopping and restaurants the short walk down the beach to catch the boat to cross the estuary was easy . Great place
