Furnished apartment, in a safe and central area

Excelente ubicación cerca de playas, amenidades dentro del condominio muy bonitas, lugar tranquilo y seguro. Volveríamos sin duda!

Very nice place small but has everything you will need.

My partner and I stayed for 3 months at the condominio. I absolutely would recommend this place for short or long term stay. Stefany and family are wonderful people, very attentive, helpful and kind. The pool at the condo is absolutely beautiful as well as amazing wildlife every day! Our only struggle was transportation!! We are from Canada and didn't have our own vehicle. Bus stop is not too far, Uber was sometimes hard to get in this area. Taxis were available but more expensive. Other than transportation our stay was wonderful! Thank you again Stefany and Gregory for hosting us! I Love Costa Rica!!

Lugar cómodo y agradable, lindo entorno natural, buen parqueo. Cerca del lugar hay restaurantes, farmacia, supermercado, playas. Exc TV y Streaming. Buena atención de los anfitriones

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was very clean and we were able to feel right at home with all the provided amenities for cooking. Wifi was good with no problems. The area felt very safe as the place is in a gated community and security that drives around. We would definitely stay here again!

El lugar lindisimo, cómodo, limpio, la anfitriona respondía rápidamente a nuestras consultas, vimos muchas lapas… la piscina del condominio lindisima!! Todo nos encanto, volveríamos!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Verde Condominios very much. My children ages 4-10 and me stayed at Stefany's place for five weeks. Stefany and her parents were very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the peacefull place and the nature around. My children loved the pool area. The condominio had everything we needed and Stefany's parents even bought a washing maschine. The only difficulty for us was going to and back from the next village with groceries as we didn't have a car. With time we arranged fruit and vegetable delivery and got used to walking everywhere. We took the bus to visit Jaco where the children had surfing lessons. You just have to keep in mind that the bus stops once an hours. The crocodile tour in Tarcoles was also amazing and the hike to the waterfall in Quebrada Ganado. Due to Stefany's parents we had even the opportunity to visit the Punta Leona Hotel & Club area and the beautiful beach Playa Blanca Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. It was an amazing time for us
