The only problem I had was with the door lock-- it was unreliable. One day in particular I left and gave the door a shake to make sure it was secured before walking away. When I returned in the afternoon it was unlocked. Security checked the cameras and said nobody had approached by door all day, so the door lock itself must have disengaged. If they get this fixed, this is a 5 star condo.

This apartment just locates on the most beautiful avenue in Guatemala City. With the good location, you can easily reach to anywhere you want in this city. The accommodation is very clean and with almost all kinds of things you need when staying here. The building has all kinds of facilities, especially its gym, maybe the best one I have ever seen in Guatemala apartments.

The host took over 4 hours to answer my messages it look like they just don't care I could not find the address the directions were ver bage finally a had to stay in a regular hotel I never had this kind of experience with any host in this app.

Excelente lugar, es muy seguro y céntrico. Hay un centro comercial justo al lado con variedad de opciones para comer, en mi caso solicitaba Indrive para moverme y llegaban muy rapido y fácil, las habitaciones son super cómodas y estéticamente bellas!!! al inicio me preocupaba que escuchara mucho ruido por el aeropuerto que queda al lado pero no se escuchaba absolutamente nada. Lo unico negativo es que en las habitaciones no llega nada de señal, pero el WiFi siempre fue estable y nunca me quede incomunicado, no fue problema para mí pero si aclaro eso!! De resto 10/10 y los dueños siempre fueron amables y atentos.

Fui de negocios, el depa es increíble, súper cómodo, muy limpio todo lo necesario, pero sobre todo la comunicación es casi inmediata, realmente los recomiendo mucho. No se arrepentirán.
