Guest Access

Important Information

Power outages are not uncommon in Tulum. The team does its best to keep guests comfortable during interruptions, but outages may occur. When the power goes out, the water supply is typically affected as well. Services are generally restored within a few hours.

Please use the towels reasonably and keep them in the condition you would like to receive them. Stained, damaged, or lost towels will incur a replacement charge.

Because the villa is surrounded by jungle, insects may occasionally be found inside the property. The villas are fumigated twice a month, but insects are a normal part of the surrounding ecosystem and do not indicate an unclean space. Please avoid harming them, and do not leave food exposed, as insects may be attracted to it.
