The Space

This beautifully restored colonial mansion offers a luxurious stay in the heart of historic Mérida. Located just steps from Paseo Montejo, it provides easy walking access to the historic Centro neighborhood.

The spacious home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. It features three large terraces, including a poolside terrace with a bar. All rooms have air conditioning, and electricity is included for stays of fewer than 27 days.

High, beamed ceilings and intricate tilework combine colonial character with the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The house is arranged around a central courtyard with a large swimming pool and an expansive terrace featuring a bar and bathroom.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

• Bedroom 2: Ground-floor room with one king-size bed, direct pool access, and a full bathroom

• Bedroom 4: Upstairs room with one twin bed, a balcony overlooking the rear garden, and a full bathroom

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the house.

House Rules and Additional Information

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
• Parties, events, and outside guests are not permitted.
• Maid service is provided once a week for stays of seven nights or longer.
• The house has security cameras at the exterior entrances. The cameras do not cover any interior areas or the pool, and they do not affect guests’ privacy. Tampering with the cameras is not permitted.
• Electricity is included for stays of fewer than 27 days.
• For bookings of 27 days or more, electricity may be charged separately. Usage is included up to a reasonable average amount, while excess consumption may incur an additional charge.
• Please turn off the air conditioning in rooms when they are not in use.
• Daily cooking and cleaning services are available for a small additional fee.
