The Space

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this modern six-bedroom, six-bathroom condo, featuring full air conditioning throughout the apartment. The property is well suited for large families and groups. Two additional single beds can be arranged upon request for a small fee.

Each bedroom has its own accompanying bathroom, providing privacy and independence for every guest. The condo also includes:

• A large hot-water heater that provides consistent hot water for all six showers
• Full air conditioning throughout the property
• Reliable backup generators and water tanks
• Spacious bedrooms with comfortable mattresses
• Flat-screen televisions in every bedroom
• High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo
• Ample linens and towels
• Two large balconies overlooking the Caribbean Sea
• Patio furniture on both balconies

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire property, including:

• Both swimming pools
• Jacuzzi
• Parking garage
• Two additional single beds available upon request

The pool area is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., except Tuesdays, when it is closed for maintenance.

Pool Maintenance

The oval pool and jacuzzi are closed for repairs until the beginning of December. The infinity pool will remain open during this period.

After the oval pool and jacuzzi reopen, the building administration may close the infinity pool for maintenance. The dates for this closure have not yet been confirmed.

Building Registration and Guest Policies

All guests must be pre-registered in the building’s registration system before the 10:00 p.m. deadline. Once registered, guests may arrive at any time and only need to present a government-issued identification document at check-in.

The building administration is currently not allowing daily visitors. Only registered guests, up to a total of 13 people, may access the condo and pool area.

Each registered guest receives a bracelet that provides access to the building and pool area. A small replacement fee applies if the bracelet is lost.

If a guest leaves and does not plan to return, their name cannot be replaced by another guest.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or present the following documents at check-in:

• A notarized letter from their parents
• A copy of the parent’s national identification card or passport
• A copy of the minor’s birth certificate

Please ask any questions about guest registration before booking to avoid misunderstandings.

Additional Information

Keep all balcony doors and windows closed while using the air conditioning so the units can operate efficiently. Cartagena can be very hot and humid, making closed doors and windows essential for maximum comfort.
