Jungle Villa~Honeymoon Privacy~Infinity Pool~View

The villa is spectacular! I recommended it to all our friends and family. This was our second stay there and hopefully we’ll be able to make it at least once a year. It’s just so perfect there aren’t words!!!! Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Semaine de rêve dans cette villa perchée dans les hauteurs de Dominical. Piscine, jardin et nature incroyables. Intimité exceptionnelle. Maison disposée de façon unique. Espace extérieur très convivial. Des hôtes attentifs et sympathiques. Activités, plages et facilités à proximité. Tout y est pour profiter pleinement d’un séjour mémorable. Merci.

The house is beautiful. The pool was amazing. The location was very private. We didn’t use our four wheel drive, but you definitely need high clearance. You have to remember you’re in the middle of the jungle, big bugs, geckos, iguanas, bats & lots of different noises. The views are stunning. I felt very safe. I would rent this house again.

A month in paradise. We spend a lot of time in this area and were thrilled to discover Doug and Janet's casa available for rent. As listed, it was extremely comfortable, featuring a very well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, an amazing pool and secure grounds to enjoy. The area features some lovely dining options and it is an easy walk down to Dominicalito Beach for more exploring and enjoyment. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. Very comfortable and stunning views of the sunset while overlooking the jungle. Truly an amazing place! Hosts were very helpful and accommodating as well!

We absolutely loved our time at Gorda Vista. The photos really don’t do it justice. It was the perfect honeymoon location; so peaceful, stunning views, complete privacy, secure location, and great amenities. We felt so safe with their security fence, and the views from the pool are indescribable. It was great being surrounded by wildlife and solitude. We saw toucans, howler monkeys, butterflies, an iguana, Jesus lizard, and adorable geckos. The housekeeper came once during our stay and it was so nice to come back to a tidy house and clean towels and sheets. There’s also pool maintenance that stops by a couple times to keep the pool pristine which we appreciated, they were very friendly and fast. Getting up the mountain takes some getting used to, but with a 4x4 it was totally manageable and what was expected based on the airbnb description. Thank you Doug and Janet for this beautiful jungle oasis, we loved our time here!

Wow! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft von Doug und Janet. Sie haben uns persönlich zum Haus gebracht, indem sie mit ihrem Auto vor uns hergefahren sind. Das war sehr gut, weil das Haus sonst nicht ganz einfach zu finden wäre. Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich in der Villa wohl. Doug und Janet zeigen einem alles, was man wissen muss, bevor man komplette Einsamkeit genießen kann. Ja, manchmal fällt der Strom aus, was ärgerlich sein kann, aber uns hat es nicht gestört, denn Doug hat den Vorfall nach meiner Info gemeldet und kurze Zeit später lief auch wieder alles. Die Villa hat alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt genügend Handtücher - auch für den wundervollsten Pool, den ich jemals gesehen habe. Größtenteils wirst du dich draußen aufhalten und den zahlreichen Tieren zugucken bzw. zuhören. Ich sag nur so viel: als wir das erste mal geschwommen sind, haben aus nicht allzu großer Entfernung Affen und zwei Tukane Hallo gesagt :) Danke!!!
