The experience was amazing, the house is spacious and functional, the kitchen is super equipped, the views are incredible, and the beds are very comfortable. We rested and enjoyed a nice weekend with friends. Although a 4x4 is needed to get there, we found the location very convenient. Thank you very much. It met all our expectations. I would definitely choose it again.

A stay we'll long remember. The villa is stunning, decorated with rare attention to detail: the materials, the artwork, the books, everything has been thoughtfully chosen. You feel at home from the very first moment. The openness to the outside is spectacular: the infinity pool overlooks the forest and the ocean, and you can even spot the line-up, perfect for checking the waves before heading out to surf. The feeling of being above the canopy, surrounded by nature, with light pouring in from every direction, is truly something special. On the hospitality side: flexible, warm, with great local restaurant recommendations. Daily housekeeping. We're leaving with one thought in mind: we'll be back.

We have now stayed in Mikaya's place for the second time – and it was simply great again. The views are stunning every time and really make the stay special. You immediately feel comfortable and can really switch off. The place is very well equipped, very neat, and you can tell that a lot of attention is paid to detail here. Stefanie's on-site service was also excellent – she was always available, very warm, and provided lots of helpful tips. We will definitely be back – that pretty much says it all. Tal and Stefanie were awesome. The place has the best view I’ve seen in Santa Teresa and we really didn’t want to leave. I’ll almost certainly be returning to this property!

Tal's team (Stefanie) was great, the views were stunning, and the house was very nice. The directions were clear and you most definitely need a 4x4 to get there. The roads were pretty bumpy. My wife and I did enjoy our stay there, but we gave it 4 stars for one reason. We were really looking forward to privacy as this was the first trip away from our kids, but the maid was there for nearly 3+ hours on Wednesday and Thursday, our only full days. There was also more traffic than we expected with no covers on the front windows so people could look in. The pool guy arrived without warning one day, which was also unexpected. And we also heard a vehicle coming late one night and it sounded like it stopped at the house and we heard the washer going at 11:00 p.m. that night. It was a great house with stunning views and kind hosts, but those things just added to the feeling that we weren't really secluded, which was our hope in booking this house.

This home is so beautiful. We booked it for a family vacation to the area and had the most amazing time. The view from the house is stunning over the ocean, the house was a highlight of our trip. Very responsive host and concierge service to help you set up and plan any activities. Great location, felt very safe in the area. I highly recommend staying here.

We can't say enough about our stay at Mikaya. The views were spectacular, the house was clean, and the grounds were beautiful. The location is close enough to town to go back and forth but far enough to enjoy the sounds of nature without the roar of the roads. Tal could not have been more responsive and we had constant communication throughout the trip as he wanted all our needs to be met. We would definitely stay here again! Santa Theresa is a magical place. Can't wait to go back!
