The stay at Casa Canpi in Valle de Bravo was excellent. The house's design is spectacular, with well thought-out details and a cozy atmosphere. In addition, the service staff were first-class, always attentive and with a friendly attitude. The view of the lake is simply amazing. Definitely a place we'd go back to without a second thought. Highly recommended!

Excellent place, super clean, great variety of kitchen utensils, tableware, bathroom things, clean towels, comfortable beds, very well equipped and with a great view of the place. Mrs. Caty was very attentive and excellent service from Emmanuel and Ernestina, very friendly and we liked them very much! The only problem we had was that, in my group we were 5 couples, as we saw the listing for the house for 10 people, we trusted without reading more in depth the specifications of the house, but one of the couples had to sleep in a TV room, in an armchair, so they decided to leave the accommodation due to lack of privacy and comfort, especially for the woman, since it is located on the ground floor near the public space of the house, the bathroom is small and is shared with the rest of the guests in the entertainment areas. We believe the property should have been listed for 8 adults. Other than that, everything is fine and definitely recommended! Thanks for having us!

Everything was amazing. The house is beautiful, super well-equipped and the staff in charge are very attentive and helpful. Perfect for families. We would definitely go back.

The house is beautiful. We went with 5 year olds and had a great time. Children and dogs could walk free and safe around the house and garden. We were able to walk along the shore of the lake, the view is beautiful. Great place! The attention of the house staff is the same, very friendly!

We loved the place, the house is beautiful, super well located, it feels like a home, and great for a good stay... the people who supported us very friendly and our host too, great communication, location and cleanliness. We definitely highly recommend it, it has everything!!! And the price is totally worth it! We definitely came back
