The Space

This luxury resort is situated within a 2,300-acre (930-hectare) development that includes Playa Conchal, regarded as one of the most exotic beaches in northern Guanacaste Province. Beautiful location, gated and very safe. The beach was great and the pool and beach club were fantastic. I would say that having a rental car made everything very easy, short drive down to the beach and beach club.

Unforgettable trip. Amazing is an understatement. We have six children so traveling is a combination of adventure and relaxation. We were able to make lifelong family memories with zip lining, mountain tubing, horseback riding, white water rafting, rainforest hiking, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, and just lounging on the beautiful beach. We found the condo was a perfect respite to relax from the day with a game of cards or family movies…honestly checked every box we were looking for to make it an incredible experience.

The condo was beautiful, well maintained and exactly as pictured. Our family of 6 (including two children ages 5 and 6) had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the gorgeous beach and two pool options. But what made this stay really stand out as fantastic was our host, Rose. Rose (and her colleague Elizabeth) went above and beyond to help coordinate reservations for us, provide recommendations and make our trip so memorable. Any time we had an issue or needed help last minute, Rose was so responsive and friendly. We are so thankful for everything!

Our group of 7 really enjoyed our six night stay in the condo. We cooked a few meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The space is big enough to spread out. The beds are comfortable. Shuttle access to the beach club was easy. There are nice hiking trails on the property with deer, monkeys, iguanas, coati, etc. Note that the 4th bedroom with the twin and trundle bed is very tight if both beds are setup. We pulled the trundle to a different room to set it up which worked fine.

Great location with lots of space. The unit was clean and the views were amazing. We did not have any issues with air conditioning as mentioned in prior reviews. We could control it. Everything was well stocked and we had everything we needed. OCC was very quick to respond to our requests. The beach club was an added bonus.

Nice place, pristine, super well equipped and modern appliances. We had everything we needed and lots of space, for the 7 of us. The beach club and condo pool were awesome. Looking forward for the next trip there.
