We went as a family at Christmas for 7 nights, 7 adults and 4 dogs. I loved the flexibility with the number of dogs and no extra costs or access restrictions inside the house. The property is well enclosed to prevent anyone from leaving, and the pool area has a fence so that when there is no supervision in that area there are no accidents. The house is just as seen in the photos, it has concrete bases on all the furniture that make the place cleaner, although in the case of the beds they are very hard for some. We brought almost all the food ready and it fit perfectly in the fridge and freezer. The kitchen was functional, however the dishes cannot be put in the microwave, it is made of pewter and has a design in which not everyone can eat comfortably. The only bad thing that happened to us was that in the upstairs room alone, 6 scorpions came out during our stay. There is no first aid kit for that, so I recommend you take your precautions. Raul is always very attentive.

Everything was excellent, the house had a beautiful vibe. Maybe it's worth noting what kind of food is already in the house, we were missing basic things like sugar, salt, sauces... but everything was in order! Also the ice and water, it would be better if it were included, Magda is very nice!

wonderful place to disconnect and enjoy a weekend with friends and family, great view and super good amenities. Raúl was super attentive throughout the process and Magda also helped us a lot during the stay. It's worth it.

Casa Melina is a very well-designed space for socializing, the view is unique. The Sanctuary area is about 25 minutes from Valle, so it is not so accessible to go. Well-maintained common areas, the pool fulfilled the promise of temperature, clean rooms and sufficient amenities. Magda adds value to the stay: very good attitude, helps to solve details and cooks well! We had a problem with the water that was solved, Raul was flexible with the adjustment of schedules that this generated. Highly recommended!

Casa Melina is beautiful (a lot more than in the photos), we really spent a wonderful few days in it. Magda made us feel at home with such a friendly and efficient service. We'll be back soon!
