The Space

Casa Leona is designed for comfortable and peaceful stays with family, friends, wedding parties, birthday celebrations, and other special gatherings.

The home includes:

• Five beautifully decorated private bedrooms
• One queen-size bed in each bedroom
• Five private ensuite bathrooms
• A fully equipped kitchen
• Dining and living areas
• A private swimming pool
• Shared garden areas and outdoor spaces
• A shared barbecue area

The central pool is ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach, relaxing in the afternoon, or spending time together.

The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Comfortable dining and living areas provide space for the entire group to gather, whether you are enjoying breakfast before heading to the beach, having dinner together, or spending a relaxed evening at home.

Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the villa, including:

Guests may also enjoy the shared garden areas, outdoor spaces, and shared barbecue area.

A refundable cash damage deposit is required.

On-site parking is available for two cars.

Casa Leona is centrally located in Tamarindo while remaining situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The beach, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are all within a 5-minute walk.

The property offers high-speed 200 Mbps Wi-Fi, making it convenient to work remotely, stream content, and stay connected throughout your stay.

Important Information

Two of the five rooms have hot-water showers. The remaining rooms have room-temperature water.

To help maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests, please note the following:

• Pets are not allowed, except for officially certified service animals in accordance with Costa Rican law. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
• Smoking, drugs, and parties are not allowed anywhere on the property.
• External visitors are not permitted without prior approval from management.
• There is one additional villa within the property. It has its own private amenities and is thoughtfully spaced to maintain privacy. Guests are asked to respect the shared entrance, barbecue, and parking areas.
