The Space

Green Villas is located within a 10-minute walk to town and 15 minutes from Tamarindo or Langosta Beach. This apartment features two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a full sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to five guests. The living area is air-conditioned and includes cable TV and WiFi. There is one bathroom with hot water.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, stove with oven, utensils, pots and pans, as well as dinnerware and beverages. A private garden and a furnished terrace with a fan provide relaxing outdoor space.

The apartment is part of a quiet, private complex consisting of eight apartments sharing a large common pool, a gazebo, and a barbecue area. Towels and parking are also provided. Security is ensured with a night guard on duty.

Guest Access and Rules

• Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10:00 p.m.
• Parties and events are not permitted during your stay.
• Maximum occupancy per apartment is five people; additional guests or visitors are not allowed in the pool area to maintain comfort for all residents.

Additional Information

Upon arrival, the apartment is stocked with initial supplies including toilet paper, soap dishes, pepper, salt, sugar, coffee, shower gel, and paper towels.
