The Space

Green Villas is located within a 10-minute walk to town and 15 minutes from Tamarindo or Langosta Beach. This apartment includes two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room with air conditioning, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a private terrace, towels, WiFi, parking, and access to a beautiful pool.

The apartment is part of a quiet, private complex consisting of eight units that share a large common pool, a gazebo, and a barbecue area. It is conveniently close to a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, souvenir shops, and more, while remaining distant from noisy areas.

The two bedrooms each have queen-size beds, and the living room features a full sofa bed, accommodating up to five guests. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, hot water, WiFi, cable TV, and towels, making it ideal for friends traveling together or small families.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils, including a microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, stove with oven, cookware, and dinnerware. A private garden and a furnished terrace with a fan provide relaxing outdoor spaces. Security is ensured with a guard on duty throughout the night.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the following amenities:

• Gazebo with a moderate-size gas grill and dining area for six

• Outdoor shower for rinsing before using the pool

Please note that use of the gazebo, barbecue grill, baby chair, and crib requires prior availability confirmation and reservation.

Other Things to Note

1. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. Parties and events are not permitted during your stay.
2. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy of five people. Extra guests or visitors are not allowed in the pool area to ensure everyone’s comfort.
3. Upon arrival, guests will find initial supplies including toilet paper, soap dishes, pepper, salt, sugar, coffee, shower gel, and paper towels.
