Still Waters is a newly built four-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront home designed for relaxing and spending time with family and friends. The property features ocean views from every room, multiple decks, and a private pool.

Two full-time staff members provide the convenience of a luxury resort while preserving the privacy of your own home.

Located 4.5 miles north of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye, Still Waters offers the peace and quiet of a private beach while remaining within easy reach of town.

The Space

Still Waters is designed to combine relaxation with easy access to island activities. As a standalone home on a private property, the entire space is reserved exclusively for your group.

The property includes only the main house and a separate caretaker unit at the rear. The home, pool, beach, staff, and other amenities are all private to guests staying at Still Waters Belize. There is no need to compete for a pool or beach chair, and the live-in cook can help eliminate the need to prepare meals.

The newly constructed home has a two-level layout that works well for families and groups of friends while providing privacy within the property.

Each floor includes:

• Two bedrooms
• A living area
• Spacious decks with views of the Caribbean Sea

Three of the bedrooms are master bedrooms, each furnished with:

• A king-size bed
• A private porch
• Stunning ocean views

The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with:

• One queen-size bed
• Three single beds

On the ground floor, the living room, dining area, and kitchen open onto the covered deck and infinity pool.

Guest Access

Golf carts are the primary mode of transportation on Ambergris Caye, and renting one is highly recommended. Golf carts can be delivered directly to the house, or staff can meet you at the San Pedro airport upon arrival.

Private parking is available inside the gated property.

Location and Beach

The property is close enough to San Pedro for a convenient golf cart ride while remaining far enough away to provide a private island setting.

An actual sandy beach lies directly in front of the property, where the water meets the shore. Unlike properties with bulkheads, Still Waters offers direct access to the beach and Caribbean Sea.

The front yard is shaded by coconut palms and includes a hammock area. Guests can also enjoy beach volleyball, cornhole, and other games just steps from the water.

Pool

The private pool provides a refreshing place to cool off after a day of fishing, snorkeling, or diving. The built-in pool bench and wraparound deck offer views of the ocean while you relax with family and friends.

Important Travel Information

If you are traveling with a minor who is not accompanied by both legal parents or guardians, the airline may require a notarized letter from the absent parent or guardian granting permission for the child to enter Belize.
