We went to a work retreat, and the place was quite suitable for sharing and doing a little work and then staying and enjoying the calm that the place offers. Super comfortable beds and plenty of space. What we didn't find were towels in the bathrooms, but I didn't notice if they were included in the description. Then I found them on the terrace where the outdoor area is. It was very hot, so we didn't use the terrace, but it seems like a great space that we could take advantage of on a future occasion. The apartment is on the second floor, so you have to consider climbing some stairs. Luz communicated very efficiently, answering our questions, and those who live in the house downstairs were very friendly and lent us a corkscrew. There were a couple of rumblings from the active Fuego volcano that scared a couple of friends, but there was no risk. The view is nice. Sheets and beds, 100 points. It will be our place for work meetings! Thanks for the space

The apartment is impeccable, super comfortable and cozy. With an amazing view. Apart from the beautiful apartment, Luz's service was amazing. She was very thoughtful and had an incredible charisma. We loved it.

The apartment is as shown in the photos. Cozy, clean, and everything in order. Comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms, and a super clean kitchen. Nothing to complain about. But what I take away most from this stay is Luz María's service. I've been using Airbnb for years, and I can say without exaggeration that she was the best host I've ever had. Truly friendly, always attentive, with a warmth that feels genuine. Thank you for having such a beautiful place, but above all, thank you for being such a great person. Highly recommended.

A pleasant experience as we expected it to be, we had excellent communication from the host and co-host at all times. The accommodation is described exactly as it really is, the house rules are clear and understandable. The house is impeccable and very well laid out, which allows for good use of the available areas. The instructions to get to the destination are quite clear and precise both in the description of the accommodation and the guides provided by the host, so we do not hesitate to recommend this accommodation. Definitely invited to return again in the short term.
