Each side of the property has the same layout:

Kitchens and Dining

Ciudad del Mar Condominium

Ciudad del Mar is a private, gated condominium in Jacó with 24-hour security. Its location offers convenient access to the beach, downtown Jacó, and several of Costa Rica’s popular tourist destinations.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire house during their stay, including:

• Private parking for up to two vehicles

Additional parking is available in the visitor parking area.

Guests may also use the shared amenities within Ciudad del Mar. Common areas are shared with other residents and guests and must be used according to the condominium’s rules and operating hours.

Certain areas may be restricted for maintenance, staff use, or safety reasons. Guests must not enter restricted areas or spaces that are not included in the reservation.

The gym is reserved exclusively for resident owners and is not available to vacation rental guests.

The property is situated in Ciudad del Mar, Jacó, at an intermediate location that makes it convenient to explore several tourist areas in Costa Rica.

Jacó is highly walkable, with the beach, restaurants, shops, and local services all within easy reach.

Airport transportation and tour information can be arranged upon request. Recommendations and assistance with restaurants, activities, tours, transportation, and private chefs are also available. These services may involve additional fees charged by third parties.

Important Information

This is a family-friendly residential community. Guests are expected to respect the condominium’s rules and quiet hours.

• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Additional charges may apply for furniture cleaning and odor removal.
• The entry of companions or activities related to prostitution is not permitted within the community.
• Only service animals are allowed due to condominium regulations. Guests traveling with a service animal must notify the host in advance and bring the required documentation, which may be requested by security upon entry.
• The gym is for the exclusive use of resident owners.
• Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Guests are asked to leave promptly so the property can be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next stay.
• As this is a condominium, all guests entering the community must be registered in advance. Full names and identification numbers are required, and the condominium’s occupancy limits must be observed.

The property is located in a tropical environment surrounded by nature. Birds, insects, and other small wildlife may occasionally be seen, particularly outdoors. Scarlet macaws are sometimes spotted in the area.

Ciudad del Mar is a newer community, and construction may still be underway in some areas. Construction sounds may occasionally be heard during the day.

The property is managed by the Como en Casa Rentals team. The team is a Superhost with extensive experience and is available to assist with questions during your stay.
