The place is very nice and cozy. If you have any questions, the host provides immediate assistance. The location is excellent. The beach is one block away. You are literally close to everything: restaurants, cafes, surf shops, convenience stores and more. 10/10

Our stay was excellent. The accommodation is in a very central location, which allowed us to walk around San Juan del Sur and enjoy restaurants, shops and the beach without having to use the car. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. In addition, the balcony is beautiful, ideal for relaxing for a while and enjoying the surroundings. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan del Sur.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED our stay here! The home is small but perfect for our party of 4. The AC units worked great, there was hot water when wanted, felt safe in the area and everything was a quick walk to get to in town. Had one small minor maintenance issue that the host was quick to respond to. The best part of this location was the balcony. Feeling the cool breeze come in at night felt amazing. When coming to Nicaragua, we always try to visit SJDS. We now have our go to spot when visiting SJDS! WE LOVED IT!

We loved our stay here, super cute cozy apartment, great location in the middle of town, walkable to the beach and restaurants. Also nice balcony to enjoy the evening breeze. Would definitely come again!
