The Space
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse is ideally situated in the heart of town, directly across from Tamarindo Beach. Featured on HGTV's "Live Here, Buy This," this 1,200 square foot condo offers both luxury and convenience within the gated Sunrise community.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin bed, along with its own bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The living room contains a queen-size sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably accommodate up to five guests in beds, plus two additional guests on the sofa bed.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, an air fryer, and a washer/dryer. The spacious living area features a flat-screen TV and a dining table that seats eight.
Step out onto the large covered balcony to enjoy an outdoor dining area, seating, and a gas BBQ grill. From here, you can hear the waves crashing on Tamarindo Beach just across the street.
Additional amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and 24-hour security. Large televisions are provided in the living room and both bedrooms. Daily maid service is available for an extra fee. All linens are supplied.
Guests receive a complimentary welcome basket containing coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is also stocked with beach towels, a cooler, and other useful items for your stay.
Travel cribs can be arranged through the concierge team upon request, subject to availability and an additional charge.
For security reasons, the person who made the reservation must present identification at check-in.

This penthouse is perfectly positioned in Tamarindo’s best area, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, medical services, and more. Because of its central location, having a car is not necessary.

Beautiful place, great location, you can walk everywhere, fully equipped, good beds, great view. The only bad part was that the elevator wasn’t working for the first day, would be good to know in advance but totally understandable after the second day it was working brand new elevator, we have a small issue with a little leak but the host responded right away and the issue was fixed right away. Spot save we will be back.

Everything was perfect. We were so close to the beach and shops. The apartment was clean and functional. My kids loved the pool! We would go back again.

Wonderful experience during our stay in Tamarindo. The hosts were very responsive and helped answer my many questions. They were able to coordinate a car rental for us with a very smooth pick up and drop off process. The place was incredibly well-stocked with all the kitchen utensils, dishes, cups etc that you could think of. Easy to access the beach and various restaurants nearby but you aren’t staying in the very central area where there might be lots of late night noise from the bars. Overall a wonderful experience for my family with young kids and looking forward to going back again!

This was my second time at this complex and the location is great cross the street from the beach. I very much enjoyed the view and appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Condo in general was great. Only drawback was the non functioning elevator. I would come back.

We had a great stay! The team was very responsive and provided recommendations. The condo was perfect for our family of four staying all week in Tamarindo. We could easily cross the street to the beach and enjoy the day. Then a quick dip in the large pool. We had breakfast on our balcony each morning. The kitchen was well suited with all the items needed to make food and have meals as much as one would like to. It was wonderful to have a washing machine so we could pack light for our trip. I’d recommend this condo to anyone considering an extended stay in Tamarindo!

What a wonderful location! This condo was in the perfect spot on the northern end of Tamarindo. So easy to walk downstairs and grab up a surf board for a morning session, to walk to all sorts of restaurants, or browse local shops. We enjoyed time on the balcony, the view was unbeatable. The unit itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels and a cooler which was very much appreciated. We'd happily return to this unit on our next trip!

This location is wonderful. Just at the north end town. Grocery, cafe and rental shops directly in front. Nice pool with large pool deck. Well appointed kitchen for cooking t and a grill. Alejandro and team were very responsive to a small maintenance item. We would absolutely stay here again
