The Space

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse is ideally situated in the heart of town, directly across from Tamarindo Beach. Featured on HGTV's "Live Here, Buy This," this 1,200 square foot condo offers both luxury and convenience within the gated Sunrise community.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin bed, along with its own bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The living room contains a queen-size sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably accommodate up to five guests in beds, plus two additional guests on the sofa bed.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, an air fryer, and a washer/dryer. The spacious living area features a flat-screen TV and a dining table that seats eight.

Step out onto the large covered balcony to enjoy an outdoor dining area, seating, and a gas BBQ grill. From here, you can hear the waves crashing on Tamarindo Beach just across the street.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and 24-hour security. Large televisions are provided in the living room and both bedrooms. Daily maid service is available for an extra fee. All linens are supplied.

Guests receive a complimentary welcome basket containing coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is also stocked with beach towels, a cooler, and other useful items for your stay.
