The Space

Villa Savina is a 13,700-square-foot, five-level cliffside estate in Pedregal, the prestigious gated community often known as the Beverly Hills of Cabo San Lucas. The property is located minutes from downtown, the marina, restaurants, nightlife, and Medano Beach while remaining privately gated above the city.

Facing due south at the tip of the Baja Peninsula, the villa offers 180-degree open-ocean views, full sun on the pool deck from sunrise to sunset, and Pacific sunsets from the terraces each evening. The estate includes seven bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, an 80-foot infinity pool, and full on-site staff. It accommodates up to 16 guests.

Arrival and Included Services

Guests receive complimentary margaritas, fresh chips, homemade guacamole, and salsa upon arrival.

Breakfast and the groceries needed to prepare it are included each morning. Before arrival, guests may send a shopping list so the villa can be stocked with food, snacks, and alcohol. Guests pay only the cost of the groceries, with no shopping fee or markup.

The on-site team provides bartending and drink service throughout the stay, including poolside service. Concierge assistance is also included for restaurant reservations, boats, dinners, excursions, transportation, nightlife, and other requested services.
