I have stayed in 4 different apartments in this same complex and this is the best we have seen. The apartment is very comfortable and is very well-equipped, even with medicine. The master bedroom didn't have an open TV available but you can use streaming services with your personal account without a problem. Fabian answered all my super quick questions. We just need to update the maintenance costs, as the description mentions $350 and I was actually charged $650, but I understand this charge is standalone.

wonderful location, next to the beach. excellent place to spend a few days with family. the beach is safe, the pool area tb. The apartment is fully equipped, it is very bright, airy and spacious and Fabián is an excellent host, always attentive. Very comfortable! we'll be back😍

We had several setbacks. the arrival at the apartment was late and annoying due to the lack of precise instructions from the host. instead of arriving directly by taxi we had to drag suitcases and walk to get to the apartment. we asked for a cook and toilet from the 25th . The girl never arrived until, wasting time communicating with the host. we managed to get her phone to deal with her directly. because she did not give me her phone days before when I asked for it is a sign of the host's disdain for her guests. finally and worst of all, I warned host of the visit we would receive daily from my sisters who were coming from New York to live with us daily and obvious to have Christmas meals together in the apartment. they ended up being expelled from the resort by security guards saying it was in violation of the rules of the condominium unless there was a prior notice from the owner-host to the administration. notice that I arrived belatedly wasted

Excellent host Fabian. The condo is much nicer than in the photos, very tidy, with all the facilities, very comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay, we would definitely come back.
