The location is good since the island is small and all Walkable. The unit needs A LOT of updating, especially the bathrooms and air conditioning. We could not enjoy being inside the living room because of the immense heat. There is no AC in that room and we refused to leave the bedroom door open since the AC would not even get that cold and it was rough to sleep at night in a hot room.

Wonderful stay! Great location and lovely deck to hang on. Abner was very quick to respond when we had a question. One thing to note (since it’s only written at the end of the listing) is the pool is shared with other units (not private).

These folks were great. The manager is nearby, friendly and very hospitable. Quick responses to communications. There was a small maintenance issue, and it was wrapped up quickly. We liked the location…it is close to all the restaurants and nightlife, but it’s in a quiet spot. The property is fenced in, nicely landscaped, tidy, and a beautiful space to just hang out by the pool.

Abner was the best host! Proactive in providing information for planning our stay and had very quick responses to anything we needed help with. Amanda's place is the best on the island - so clean, comfortable, quiet and within walking distance of anything you would need. I would recommend to anyone!

We loved our stay here. The space was comfortable, clean, and darling. We stayed as a family with two kids, and an adult couple for which the layout was perfect. The two bedrooms connected by the bathroom (that open to the pool) worked great for our family, and other two adults had a private space of their own. The outdoor porch and pool area were absolutely wonderful, a beautiful mix of sun and shade with plenty of places to lounge. We all fit around the table comfortably for our meals. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics for cooking, and they provide drinking water. We also appreciated that both bath and pool towels were provided! The local manager is lovely, and great with communication. One small thing to mention is that since it is located on Front Street, there is a bit of road noise. We all agree that it’s not a deal breaker, just something to note. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had 3 couples. Had a great stay. Our first time to Caye Caulker. It certainly will not be our last. Our accommodations were exactly what we needed. Everything was walkable and had a wonderful time. People were so friendly and kind.

Amanda’s Place was great!! Perfectly located on the island to everything! House was clean and had everything we needed! Enjoyed the pool as well!!

This is a sweet but very basic place located in the heart of town. The pool was a big plus and there was a sweet outside area. Our only issue was that it was a bit loud at night and the room was kind of light, which made it hard to sleep but…this is a party town.
