Location

The villa is located on Vallarta’s exclusive south side, across the street from Garza Blanca Beach and the new Garza Blanca hotel and restaurant.

The property is close to the city while remaining private and quiet, surrounded by lush tropical gardens. It is:

• Approximately 500 meters from Garza Blanca Beach
• An easy five-minute trip to one of Puerto Vallarta’s best beaches
• Less than a 15-minute drive from historic downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Zona Romantica

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa and access to the exquisite semi-private Garza Blanca Beach, located approximately five minutes away.

Staff and Included Services

The dedicated team includes:

• Concierge
• Personal chef
• Assistant chef
• Bartender/waiter
• Maid
• Maintenance person

Staff service is available for eight hours daily, including four hours on the day of check-in and four hours on the day of check-out. The staff does not reside on-site but will be present each day.

The included service covers:

• Preparation of two consecutive meals daily
• Snacks and beverages
• Grocery shopping and stocking the villa with selected items

Additional meals, prepared or extended service require at least 24 hours’ advance notice and are subject to a $100 USD fee.

Groceries are not included. After your group selects a menu, the concierge will estimate the food expenses. A few days before arrival, guests transfer the funds to the concierge, who handles grocery shopping and stocks the villa.

Most provisions are purchased from Sam’s or Costco, while fresh produce and seafood are sourced from local markets or fishermen. Pricing is transparent, with no markups, and receipts are provided. Guests typically spend between $20 and $30 USD per person per day on food and drinks.

Before arrival, the concierge can also assist with arranging:

Guests are responsible for food, beverages, transportation, excursions, requested services or purchases, and staff gratuities. A customary gratuity of 15–20% of the total stay is appreciated, based on the level of satisfaction.

Capacity and Additional Guests

The villa accommodates up to 30 guests. Some reservation platforms may limit the booking to 16 guests, but the property allows up to 30.

A fee of $25 USD per night applies to each guest not included in the official reservation. Babies under 24 months are exempt. Children over 24 months are charged the same fee as adults.

House Rules

1. Full staff included: The concierge, personal chef, assistant chef, bartender/waiter, maid, and maintenance person are available for eight hours daily, including four hours on check-in day and four hours on check-out day. Staff will prepare two consecutive meals, along with snacks and beverages. Additional meals or extended service require at least 24 hours’ advance notice and are subject to a $100 USD fee.

2. Minors: Minors may not stay at the property unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They must not be left unsupervised on the premises at any time.

3. No smoking indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the property or near open doors and windows. A $250 USD fee applies if the property has been smoked in or smells of smoke. Smoking is permitted outdoors away from open doors and windows.

4. Visitors: Visitors and guests not included in the reservation are subject to a fee of $25 USD per person per day. Babies under 24 months are exempt. Children over 24 months are charged the same fee as adults.

5. Parties and events: Guests may host parties, events, and special dinners with live music and decorations for guests included in the reservation. Larger events, including weddings or parties involving guests not included in the reservation, require prior approval and a $500 USD event fee. The maximum number of people at any event, including reservation guests, is 120. Vendors are not included in this count. The concierge can assist with event planning and provide access to related vendors.

6. Pool safety: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in or near the pool. Glass objects are prohibited in and around the pool area.

7. Pool heating:

   • From December 1 through March 30, the pool is heated to 80°F at no additional charge. Guests may pay $50 USD per day to raise the temperature to 90°F.
   • From April 1 through November 30, heating the pool to 80°F costs $50 USD per day, while heating it to 90°F costs $100 USD per day.

8. Pets: Pets must be included in the reservation, and a $150 USD fee applies per pet. A maximum of two pets is allowed, and each pet must weigh under 10 pounds. Large pets are not permitted.

9. Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please keep noise levels low during this time to respect the neighbors.

10. Drugs and illegal activity: Drugs, illegal activities, public intoxication, and disturbances are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund and forfeiture of deposits.

By booking the property, guests agree to follow these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, termination of the stay without a refund, and possible eviction by local law enforcement for trespassing.
