It's definitely a great option for large families. Juan's property has incredible sunrises from the balconies. The refrigerator is spacious and very functional. There is water pressure in all the bathrooms, and the pool is great for everyone.

Highly recommended. Clean place, no insects, clean beach. We really enjoyed kayaking, looking for fish, and building sandcastles.

Excellent host, always friendly and attentive to everything. The place is far from the city, and the beach is very quiet, but it's a shame to walk barefoot; the entrances are not very visible. Other than that, it's a very nice house; it has everything you need to be comfortable.

Big house for a family group of 12 people. San Benito is a very quiet arena. Juan Andes was very responsive to anything we asked. His concierge service was top notch. A/C was great to have in every room. Other homes in the San Benito didn’t have much of a sandy area, but this house had plenty. Kayaks and paddle board was a plus and they were use every day. A short 20-30 minute drive to Porgresso and 1-hour from Marida. I would recommend if you would like a quiet peaceful vacation.

Overall, the property was beautiful and matched the photos well. It’s in a very private location and the setup makes for a relaxing stay. A few things to be aware of: the sofa in the main living area showed noticeable wear, including a cigarette burn. The bathrooms were stocked with bath towels but did not include hand towels. While there was daily service to collect trash, there was no true housekeeping provided during our stay. During the last two days of our stay, nearby guests played very loud music all day and into the night, which impacted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. While this is outside the host’s control, it’s something future guests may want to keep in mind.

It exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, very clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The staff was always in touch for anything we needed. We would definitely come back.

The house is beautiful, very well equipped, places nearby for shopping, the people who are there 24 hours to assist you with minor jobs, super friendly and attentive and Mr. Juan Andrés is always very cordial, flexible and quick to reply to messages sent to him. In general, everything was very good, you really enjoy the stay.
