Our stay was great! Jean Emmanuel and Emy were great hosts, always very responsive. The house was just as pictured. We loved hanging out on the roof deck!

The location of the house was okay. There was a big portion of an area that was under construction so we could not access that road. The house was clean when we got there and did get cleaned up every day even while we were gone but all of us from our group was ended up with a rash on our backs/stomachs. Not sure what it was but I think it was the bedding sheets. Started the very first night we slept there. In one of the rooms we found a small towel with some white stuff on it that looked like semen which was very wierd. One of the mini splits on the second floor bedroom stopped working two nights prior check out and it was not fixed so who ever was sleeping in that room had to go share a room with someone else due to room being too hot. The restroom on one of the master bedrooms was no privacy at all. It has la curtain but it does not cover all of the window so you can still see through the outside while using toilet or showering. The floor is very slippery when you’re wet.

Villa YaxNa Tulum is an absolute gem! The two pools are absolutely gorgeous – we spent so much time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The villa’s location is just perfect. We loved being able to walk to amazing restaurants and charming little bars with that authentic Tulum vibe. The neighborhood is fantastic – lively yet peaceful – and so close to the beach. It was simply ideal! A big thank you for the wonderful dinner with the private chef – it was such a treat. And the tequila tasting at the bar was a truly memorable experience! We learned so much while having an incredible time with friends. The team was flawless as always, paying attention to every detail to make our stay exceptional. This was our second visit, and we loved it even more. One thing is certain: we’ll be back in a few months! Thank you for everything!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this villa for a bachelorette party with friends! The villa was beautiful, located in an ideal area and close to the beach, making it easy to get there and enjoy the sun. The neighborhood was amazing! Just a short walk away, we had access to restaurants, small bars, and shops it was so convenient and enjoyable. A huge thank you to the staff, who were wonderful throughout our stay, always attentive and helpful. And a big thanks to the chef for the beautiful floating platters in the pool such an incredible and delightful experience. The glass pool near the bar is magical! We made so many great memories, thank you again. We will definitely be back!

Jean and Emmy were great! They were very helpful and kind! The internet was down for one day and Jean was very proactive in resolving the issue! They had a cleaning lady come every day who was very sweet as well! We had no problems with the Airbnb, plus we were close to everything! We even were in walking distance of some cute bars / stores as well. Emmy arranged most of all of our transportation plus sent me several places to check out! Can’t wait to checkout their other properties!

From the moment I booked this place Jean and Emy were incredibly responsive and very flexible to my party. They even provided us extra beds in certain rooms so we could all sleep comfortably. It’s important to be mindful that this is Tulum and it was built in the jungle area so there are sometimes a few bugs outside, especially if you leave the door open and there are slight power outages, but it was never to the point where it disrupted our stay. The location of the place is great. It’s located in like a small village where there’s a lot of restaurants that are walkable even a pharmacy around the corner so you can get last-minute stuff. Throughout our whole stay Emy was always reachable getting back to us in less than an hour and fixing any problem right away! I would definitely book with this host again in another location!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Jean as well as his wife Emie were extremely responsive and very on point with EVERYTHING. This had to be the most smoothe vacation I have taken because of these two. The Chef was absolutely out of this world. This house was amazing

There is no common area that is air conditioned. But the vibe of the place is very Tulúm. The two en suite are downstairs, and the four other rooms are upstairs which made it very segregated from the group.

first let me start with the host! 20 out of 10! talk about going above and beyond! emy! was VERY responsive, helpful, knowledgeable about the area, proactive and reactive to any minor issue we had. i had planed alot from chef, massages, personal driver and more and she literally help me arrange everything every step of the way!! all of her emy recommendation we're 10/10! With a group of 8 couples the house was big enough to where everyone had their own space! almost to where we had to call each other on the phone in the same house. the maid service came every day and maid sure the house was super clean! even the property manager noa! was amazing she greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house with detailed instructions.we had a small issue with one the a/c units in one of the room and she was their to fix it within 15min! the two pools made the stay! top tier! cant wait to stay at emy/jeans new property when we come back! thanks for a great experience!!!
