Bedrooms
Villa Brisas del Mar offers five large master suites, each air-conditioned with private bathrooms and balconies, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The suites provide panoramic views of the rainforest, ocean, and surrounding mountains.
- Master Suite 1: King bed plus two twin beds (can be configured as a king), private bathroom, private balcony with 270-degree views of Cocal Beach, mountains, and Quepos lights. An additional twin bed can be added (sleeps up to 4).
- Master Suite 2: King bed plus two twin beds, private bathroom, balcony with dual-aspect views of Cocal Beach, Quepos town, mountains, and pool. An extra twin bed can be added (sleeps up to 4).

The entire team was incredible from top to bottom. We went away for a friend’s birthday, and this could not have been a better way to spend our week. We elected to have the private chef and they were amazing. Very accommodating to me: I’m vegan and they were so great at always finding delicious alternatives for me and tailoring meals to fit my diet. The location is really isolated so I would definitely recommend booking excursions because that’s how we kept our days full in addition to lounging by the pool playing games and watching movies. It was an unforgettable experience and I feel so grateful to have been able to stay here. Every single person was amazing, but a special shout out to Debby she was incredible and helped us with every single thing, including calling taxis to and from the house when necessary. Karen was amazing with coordinating everything at the start. Thank you all so much!

We absolutely loved our stay and Manuel Antonio. The home is beautiful, surrounded by nature and great views. We highly recommend this listing. Debby (concierge) is a dream and helped us so much! She made our trip so perfect by being so attentive, helpful and proactive. The staff that cleaned were also so wonderful and we could not have asked for a better trip!

Had such a great time here! Karen and Debby were absolutely phenomenal and were extremely responsive and helpful both prior to our stay and while we were there. We elected to have a private chef, Luis, come one night and he was exceptional! The views were immaculate and everything was better than we could have expected!!!

This house and location are outstanding! The views, the wildlife (monkeys, toucans, and macaws everyday), and the jungle noises. It was like a slice out of jungle heaven! The side of the house that is facing Quepos has a great yard area for kids to run, with fake grass that is soft. The house was fully stocked with anything you could need, including plastic ware for the kids to use. Our concierge, Debby, was so helpful and responsive. We hired their chef for 4 meals, the food was amazing and worth the price, they also did all the cleanup. The maid kept everything spotless throughout the house. My only suggestion is that you do not stay in the upstairs room if you have young kids that still require baby gates. The space between each spindle of the railing is wide, so young kids could easily fall thru them and onto the below stairs. Any other room would work perfectly for them though!

It's a WOW! Perched high up, this house has breathtaking views! House with architectural design, modern. The outdoor terraces, the infinity pool attract us outside at all times, which allowed us to observe birds of all kinds (macaw, toucan, etc.), a nice little boa (yes, yes!), an iguana and monkeys in large quantities. In the morning, around 8:30, they would go from left to right and in the middle of the afternoon, they would go from right to left. Note that a very discreet housekeeper comes EVERY DAY, which we appreciated enormously. She did our laundry, cleaning, emptied and filled the dishwasher, made the beds, etc. on vacation, it's a double WOW! The concierge helped us with activities and questions of all kinds: very nice and fast service. Recommended +++!!

We had a wonderful stay! We were a group of 10, and everyone had their own space and bathroom, which is a huge bonus when traveling with teens. The home was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The best part was the view—we saw so many monkeys just sitting out on our deck. We’re already planning our next stay!

This house works great for larger groups/families to base out of Manuel Antonio area. We typically spent 1/2 to 3/4 of each day on activities such as visiting the Park, fishing, rafting or beach days and it was great to jump in the pool upon our return! We were visited by monkeys, iguanas and an array of birds! The property is located up a steep and windy dirt road so would recommend renting an SUV vs a smaller car. We hired the private chef for two dinners which were excellent and included post meal cleanup ! We also cooked and BBQ'd several meals and the kitchen was well stocked.

Amazing house! Fit 8 of us very very comfortably and we had an extra bedroom not being used. Each room having its own bathroom was wonderful. The deck and pool were so relaxing. We would definitely come back here again!
