The Space

Playa del Carmen has a way of drawing you in with its salt air, lively streets, and the feeling that everything worth doing is just around the corner. Located within the Magia condominium complex, this spacious three-bedroom condo places you one block from the beach and steps from 5th Avenue.

With 2,760 square feet (256 square meters) of space, the condo offers plenty of room to relax and spread out.

Living Areas

The main sitting area features two sofas, an armchair, and an ottoman arranged around a coffee table. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in abundant natural light and connect the space with the outdoors.

A bookshelf with reading material adds to the relaxed atmosphere, while the open layout naturally brings guests together. Upstairs, a second sitting area includes comfortable seating and cable television, providing a quieter place to unwind between outings.

Kitchen and Dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home:

The condo accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms and a common-area sofa bed:

• Common area: One double/full-size Clic-Clac sofa bed

Bath towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, and basic bathroom and kitchen essentials are provided.

The condo has three full bathrooms, each supplied with:

The Magia complex is located in the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen, one block from the beach and one block from 5th Avenue. Cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques, souvenir shops, and nightlife are all within walking distance.

Nearby shopping destinations include:

• Shops at Calle Corazón

Super Walmart, Soriana, and several convenience stores are also nearby. Popular beach clubs within easy reach include:

Guest Access

The building entrance is accessed using a keypad. Guests then use a provided code to retrieve the condo keys from the lockbox.

Complete check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.

Important Information

The condo is currently for sale, so brief showings may be scheduled during your stay.

Security cameras are installed on the premises and are used strictly for security purposes.

Electricity is included for stays of fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity usage is charged from the first day of arrival at $5 pesos per kilowatt-hour consumed. The meter will be checked upon arrival and again at departure. Please be mindful of your electricity usage and turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving, as air conditioning consumes the most energy.

Daily housekeeping is not provided. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.

Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. The deposit is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms have been met.

Checkout Instructions

To help ensure a smooth checkout:

• Leave the property in a clean condition.
• Place used towels and bed linens from each room on the floor.
• Leave used beach towels on the living room floor.
• Take garbage to the outdoor bins.
• Return the key to the lockbox.

Housekeeping tips and gratuities are greatly appreciated.

Starter supplies are provided, including:

• Toilet paper
• Soap
• Shower gel
• Shampoo
• Paper towels
• Trash bags
• Dishwashing soap

These starter items are not replenished during the stay.

House Rules

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
• Smoking of any kind, including tobacco and cannabis, is prohibited inside the unit.
• Recreational drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violations incur a $300 penalty.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Illegal activity is prohibited.
• Excessive noise is not allowed.
• Loud music is prohibited after 10:00 p.m. Please respect the neighbors.
• Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay at the property.
• Tents and other structures may not be set up on the property grounds.
• Renters are responsible for charges related to damage caused during their stay or necessary additional cleaning after departure.
• Guests may be required to provide government-issued identification on the day of check-in or during their stay.
• Please do not move the furniture.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Do not hang towels or clothing over balcony or terrace railings.
• Pool and common-area regulations, including opening and closing hours, must be respected.
• Musical devices may not be used in common areas.
• Glasses, bottles, food, and coolers are not permitted in the pool area. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
• The building has elevator service, but guests must use the stairs if the elevator is undergoing repair or maintenance.
• Guests must follow all condominium complex rules and will be required to acknowledge and sign them upon arrival.
