House Rules
The property is private and located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Please respect the following rules:
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- Noise must be kept low during the day, with a maximum level of 60 dB in accordance with local laws.
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
- Additional services must be requested and paid for in advance to be confirmed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas as long as basic safety and neighborhood rules are respected.
- Pets are accepted only with prior confirmation from the host. An additional fee may apply.
- A maximum of one medium-sized pet or two small pets is permitted per reservation.

Transportation
We recommend getting around by car or bicycle, as the area is very quiet and public services are limited.
Identification and Invoicing
Due to Costa Rican government tax regulations, guests are asked to provide an identification number from an identity card, driver’s license, or passport so that the corresponding electronic invoice can be issued. This has no tax implications for guests.

Very good host; everything was as described! We found a cat in front of the house and our host helped us so that we could try to save it (unfortunately we couldn't take it to the shelter, but if you see it, it's very nice) The instructions were clear. I would recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It is immaculate, luxurious, and tastefully decorated, with excellent amenities and everything you could possibly need. The house was spotlessly clean and surrounded by a lovely garden with palm trees, making it a perfect place to relax. The location is also excellent, providing a great base for exploring the area, whether one wants to visit the beaches, enjoy nature, or take day trips to nearby attractions. Communication with the host, Zinni, was smooth and pleasant before and throughout our stay. The only downside was that we were a bit unlucky with the surroundings. During the first two days, there was construction work on two neighboring properties, which created some daytime noise. On our last night, the neighbors had a loud party that lasted until about 5 a.m. These issues were clearly beyond the host's control, but they did affect our otherwise excellent experience.
