Breakfast is included and served daily from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. It features island coffee, lemongrass tea from the garden, and a variety of farm-fresh dishes prepared by a local cook.
Guests are invited to join a guided tour of the 1-hectare (2.5-acre) property led by the site manager. The tour highlights farm animals, tropical fruits, organic gardens, and sustainable practices used to regenerate the jungle.
Other Information
The farm is home to two friendly German Shepherd dogs, Navi and Loki, who provide companionship and security around the clock. They are generally calm, enjoy being petted, and are frequently present on the property.
The entire area is a thriving tropical forest rich with diverse plant and animal life. Visitors may encounter small, shy wildlife such as birds, butterflies, bees, monkeys, frogs, toads, spiders, and small bats. Occasionally, some animals may seek shelter inside the house. The property uses natural remedies to manage these creatures, which are safe and non-aggressive.
The only venomous animal on the island is the coral snake, which is rare, shy, and has very small jaws. This rich biodiversity contributes to Ometepe’s status as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, celebrated for its natural beauty and ecological variety.

Beautiful treehouse in the jungle of a permaculture farm with beautiful views on the sunset. We got a good breakfast everyday and Megan was a great host helping us organize our trips on the island!

Wonderful! Private two-story accommodation with two bedrooms in the heart of the forest, secluded from civilization, in a quiet and peaceful environment with only the company of monkeys and birds. Very clean accommodation, effective mosquito nets to keep insects out. We had a lovely stay; I would come back if I visit the island again one day.

The most magical place to stay on our visit to Omotepe. We only wish we could have stayed longer than a few nights to soak up the gorgeous, peaceful surroundings.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. We stayed at the Mango House and it was soooo huge! The highlight, of course, was the view of the volcano. Every morning, we could observe lots of birds and monkeys. A really great place to stay and relax. The breakfast was super tasty, and the point system was really well thought out. Breakfast was one of the best on our 4-week trip! So many of the food items are home-grown and home-made, and you can taste it! Christopher and the team were always available to us, and we felt very comfortable! We would definitely come back and had a wonderful three days!

The tree top houses are super cool. Amazing views of the volcano, and super alive with birds. We very much enjoyed our stay! The following were by no means issues for us, and pointed out only for the benefit of those reading: * the road into the property is pretty rough * there is not AC (as stated in listing) * the on-site restaurant is just OK

Lovely stay! Definitely close to nature, and the restaurant was delicious and utilized local ingredients. I definitely recommend using a 4x4 vehicle if you do end up driving yourself. :)

This place is incredible! The food was so good and the property was so beautiful. Bugs obviously, but you are in the middle of the jungle so it only makes sense.

We had such a great time! This place is spacious, beautiful surroundings, offers great food, and we treated ourselves to the massages that were offered. We fell in love with Nicaragua. The people and the surroundings made our trip special. We look forward to coming back. We will book Christopher's place again and we will be recommending this one to our friends and family!

10/10 would recommend. Starting your day with yoga and a wonderful healthy meal surrounded beautiful nature was incredible. Each cabin was spacious with large bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly and helpful. The massage was truly the best massage I’ve ever gotten.
