Additional Information

• As part of the condominium’s sustainability measures, 50 kilowatt-hours are included per day during your stay. Additional usage is charged at MXN 6 per kilowatt-hour.
• Late check-in after 9:00 p.m. is available upon request for MXN 500.
• Guests must send their estimated arrival time and identification documents at least one week before check-in or upon booking confirmation.
• Daily housekeeping is not included but may be requested for an additional charge.
• For stays of seven nights or more, mandatory weekly cleaning will be scheduled and charged separately.
• A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. The deposit is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
• Guests must read all property rules and will be asked to sign a rental agreement upon booking confirmation.
