Isla Mujeres House Rental

I cannot say enough positive things about Paraiso Sur. Our family stayed for five nights, and we enjoyed every minute. Leslie was communicative and helpful, and the location was ideal for us. Our family spent a lot of time at the house (we have two small kids with nap schedules and bedtimes); it had everything we needed for a great vacation relaxing and exploring the island.

Our stay at Paraiso Sur was wonderful. The house was immaculate and well equipped. The pool area was great and we also enjoyed the roof top area in the morning for sunrise. Leslie is a great host. We look forward to staying at Paraiso Sur in the future.

Paraiso Sur is truly paradise! The house was even more spacious than pictures portrayed. Leslie’s place was well stocked with water, some snacks, coffee, had plenty of towels, has great a/c, and has a convenient washer and dryer to keep your vacation clothes fresh! We loved swimming in the two pools - the rooftop view is incredible! Being located in Punta Sur was so relaxing. It’s a beautiful side of the island where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the north side. We were within walking distance to multiple restaurants and our favorite - the Lacandona coffee bus! There is also a little corner store across the street for drinks or snacks. Leslie was always so responsive throughout our entire stay. When we had an issue with a lock, Leslie sent the lovely Rosa to come fix it quickly. You can easily access this house with taxis and a golf cart. Taxis are very easy to order! Tell them you’re near Rancho Capricho. We would definitely stay here again while on Isla!

Leslie was a fantastic host and was responsive to all of our needs. Rosa is fantastic and the house is a gem. It was perfect for our friend group and the proximity to restaurants and beach clubs can’t be beat. We intend to return.

This was our second stay at Leslie’s place. Leslie was so accommodating and responsive, and Rosa’s friendly nature was a highlight. This is an ideal location for a group stay looking for some quality time, great restaurants and proximity to the best sunrises ever!

The house was exactly as described. We weren’t expecting the welcoming gifts so that was very nice. Leslie was very helpful with any questions we had and sent a PDF to me prior to my arrival because Internet isn’t always reliable on the island. We enjoyed most of our time in both pools and underneath the outdoor seating area. The outdoor bathroom, sink, and refrigerator are so nice to have there. We even found some time to take a quick nap in the hammocks! We would definitely stay again and have talked about bringing our two daughters with us next time! The South end of the island is much more quiet and less busy than the North side which we really liked. There is also great views from on top of the house!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, spices, and even thoughtful extras like coffee, snacks, and drinks. There was plenty of purified water available, lots of towels, and even laundry soap provided. The pools were clean and refreshing, and we loved spending time in the outdoor tiki area every day. Truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had—highly recommend!

Paraiso Sur was everything people rave about and more. The house itself was stunning—peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need for a true home-away-from-home experience. Leslie went above and beyond my expectations as a host, and the two pools were an incredible bonus. The outdoor porch areas were the perfect place to relax and take it all in. I would happily stay here again. A heartfelt thank you to Leslie and Rosa for making us feel so welcome!

Leslie’s house was even better than the description and photos. The kitchen was awesome and had every item imaginable, we cooked some great meals. The pool was a ton of fun, my kids spent all their time at the house swimming. Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Bonus sleeping areas on the couches in the living room. The house is walking distance to great restaurants, and only a short golf cart drive to the grocery store and a bunch of restaurants and beaches. There are great views from the roof, especially sunset. Leslie answered all of our questions very promptly. We’d love to come back for another stay!

Leslie’s home in Isla Mujeres was the perfect getaway. She’s truly thought of everything—from movies and games to a fully stocked kitchen, reusable grocery bags, sunscreen, first aid supplies, and laundry essentials. The space was comfortable, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The rooftop plunge pool with views of Punta Sur was breathtaking, and the main pool was perfect for relaxing. One of the best surprises? Unlimited towels! Most places limit you to one per guest, but not here—such a simple thing that made a huge difference. The A/C was cold, water pressure was great (which is rare on the island), and Leslie was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. We felt so taken care of and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
