The location of this Airbnb was excellent, and we really appreciated having separate air conditioning units in every room. The pool was very nice, and the downstairs showers were great as well. However, there were a few issues on arrival. Two of the beds had dirty sheets, one bed was missing the top sheet , and there was no working hot water for the first night. These issues affected our overall experience and should be addressed for future guests.

El alojamiento estuvo bien, tal y cual lo describen solo si hacen falta trastes y la licuadora no servía, el anfitrión respondía a las dudas, solo hubo un problema porque me quiso cobrar una mesa de futbolito que según nosotros habíamos quebrado, nosotros ni siquiera la usamos, nos la pasamos fuera de la casa, fuera de eso todo estuvo bien

Le logement correspondait à la description et aux photos. Endroit propre et bien placé. Grande chambre et pièce à vivre sans oublier la belle piscine. Rien à redire. Merci Raul!

El alojamiento cumplía con todas las amenidades, al ser una familia grande necesitábamos espacios amplios y a acogedores sin duda se cumplió. Además de una excelente ubicación y estacionamiento para nuestros vehículos. La pasamos genial 😊

I absolutely recommend this house. It is big enough for a big family and has enough space to feel comfortable. We were 9 in total and it was perfect for us. There are 5 rooms and every room has its own AC unit that work great. It is a block from 5th Avenue and a 10 minute walk from the beach. The pool was awesome and the roof top has a great view. Raul was very responsive and very friendly and always willing to help in any way to make our stay pleasant. I will definitely stay here again when me and my family go back to Playa Del Carmen.

The place is beautiful. We loved everything. Great host, clean and comfortable space. Highly recommend. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the [Large Pool, fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen]. The location was ideal for our needs. Everything was close walk to like restaurants stores etc. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Raul’s place. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings. We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the host was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
