Beautiful lakeshore house with the best view in Lake Atitlan. Peaceful and relaxing place surrounded by nature. Just a 30 minute walk from Panajachel or a 10 minute drive. Each room has lake view. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, pots, pans). Indoors dinning table and living room .Outdoors dinning table, living room, griller. Lakeshore deck and dock, hammocks, kayak. There are many stairs so it is not suitable for babies older folks or disabled people. Bring Tennis
The space The entire home is available to guests
Guest access The parking lot is at the top of the property. You have to go down steps to get to the house. Ventura, my guardian, is there to help you get your suitcases, coolers and everything you bring down. The parking lot can fit 4 SUVs. Large cars such as minibuses or Suburbans do not go down. You have to accommodate the cars as they go down. Turn them around once and leave them in the starting position The descent to the parking lot is narrow. Go down with caution
Other things to note There is the option of having a girl to help with cleaning. Payment is made directly to her. Please let the host know if you require this service. Tips are well received for the people who serve them on the spot Three of the 4 rooms are in the outside of the house They go up a few steps to get to them

The place is absolutely beautiful, just as Patricia described; there are many steps, but they are well-designed and not exhausting. The view is spectacular, the lakeside social area is incredibly spacious and well-equipped, and the rooms are comfortable and functional. It is definitely a place we will return to.

Working at the entrance is very difficult when it comes to getting in by car.😦 the horse keeper I only see him ones

Patricia’s house is beautiful and 100% worth it. Ventura was a wonderful person to talk to and his efforts are seen throughout the amazing house. Patricia is a great and honest host.

The home is very much as described in the Airbnb posting and further clarified by Patricia‘s answers to my questions. This part was great. It was very difficult to find the actual location and (as noted in the posting) there are MANY cobblestone stairs to get down to the house! This proved very difficult to navigate with normal suitcases and many people. The home is in a beautiful spot, right on the lake, with many areas to enjoy the view. We had someone come in and cook dinner for us one night, this was ok, it ended up being more work and money then we expected.

Second time staying at this place. Great place and views of lake and volcanos. Private and nice place to disconnect but close to Panajachel if you want to go to restaurants and shopping. Ventura, the care taker is always helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

A beautiful place. The house has everything you need, and it's also very spacious. It has things you don't usually find in other places; there was tea, coffee, oil, water, salt, and sugar. We brought everything, but the house had it all. Actually, Paty is a very good host; she is very respectful and friendly, tells you everything you need to know, and guides you so that you have a great time. When you go down to the shore of the lake, you have spectacular views, and it feels like you're in another world; you have privacy and you feel safe. We had a great time.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing Patricia's home was. We were a group of 12, and not only did we sleep exceedingly comfortably, but we had more than enough common spaces to take in the AMAZING view. The house is beautiful, the amenities were great, and the home was stocked with everything from kayaks to guatemalan coffee. Don Ventura was constantly available to help us with everything from our suitcases to calling tuk tuks to the house. The location was perfect, just a short ten minute tuk tuk to the main part of Panajchel. The house was absolutely perfect and we are all dreaming of going back,
