It was a great stay except with some issues with the A/C. Diego was able to provide us with a partial refund for the inconvenience.

We enjoyed Carolina’s place and the recommendations given throughout our stay. Please keep in mind that the location was so beautiful reminding me of an upscale jungle stay.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb and would come back to enjoy this space again. The area is peaceful and we enjoyed walking to the beach and Tulum. There are bikes and scooters to rent for the day as well. Diego was extremely helpful and always responded promptly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Carolina and Diego were great hostesses. All of request were met and Diego and Carolina Communicated very well! Made our stay very relaxing and also gave us great tips on dining and taxi cabs! Will definitely stay at this Penthouse again

Beautiful place, gorgeous grounds, perfect location for our trip. Even after amazing days out, we were always excited to get back to the condo. Super clean, incredible layout and decor, rooftop unreal with views of the jungle canopy. Caro, Diego, and Daniel were wonderful hosts. Their suggestions were a great resource. Every place we visited ended up being on the list they kindly shared, sometimes without us realizing until after the fact :)

Beautiful home , very comfortable stay , great location, definitely recommend, the views from the rooftop are amazing, jacuzzi was great only thing it takes 24hrs to heat up . We enjoyed our stay very much , Can't wait to come back again !! Thank you for all the recommendations.

I loved the property! It was just as pictured. I spent lots of time lounging in the hammock and on the rooftop. There were multiple dining options in walking distance. It was a 15 minute walk or 5 minute can ride to downtown Tulum. It was also about a 15 minute cab ride to the beach clubs. A grocery store was walkable as well. If I returned to Tulum I would stay here again!

David was there to check us in when we arrived. Our room wasn’t quite ready on time because the electricity was out from the construction, but we were still able to drop off our stuff The property and the apartment are absolutely beautiful! We’d love to live there! We were so comfortable there We had a few hiccups along the way, but wouldn’t prevent us from staying there again. Other reviews are rather consistent as we also didn’t have any hand towels for the bathroom or kitchen or paper towels. David brought us some the next day though. Our shower wasn’t draining so David sent us the maintenance guy that day too! We had trouble getting the hot tub to heat up, but I think that was on us turning on the wrong knob. Maybe some written instructions or pics to reference as we didn’t want to bother David late in the evening Finally, our bedroom door didn’t close shut. Not ideal when your mother in law is staying with you. The maintenance guy helped us with this too. All easy fixes
