We have just enjoyed a 2 week stay at Pure View villa. The house is absolutely beautiful, situated in a perfect position to enjoy the sights and sounds of the wildlife of Costa Rica. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, booking excursions for us and recommending restaurants nearby. Moises was very kind, meeting us at the house to show us around and also recommending places to visit and eat. We would highly recommend staying at Pure View Villa, it is a beautiful modern home and we would love to return 😃

This was our second time staying at Brendon’s place. As I wrote after our first stay, everything about the house and hosts (Brendon and Mo) is simply outstanding. It continues to be our favorite place out of all the places we’ve stayed at. We can’t recommend it more highly. It’s hard to find the words to express how much we appreciate what Brendon and Mo have provided. Truly a wonderful place. Thank you so much!

The villa is much more than the view. It’s even more about the peace and serenity you’ll feel after settling in. Both Brendon and Mo were fantastic hosts/managers!! Quit looking and book this rental !!!

“This place is majestic.” – straight from our 9-year-old, and we couldn’t agree more. We’re a family of five (17, 12, and 9), and every positive review before ours is 110% accurate. This home truly exceeded our expectations. A few extras for future guests: -We highly recommend a private tour with Edward Moya through Marina Ballena — we saw a sloth and monkeys without the heavy tourist feel (or long drive) of other parks. Incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming! -Costanera House 186 — just 5 minutes from the house — became a fav. The shrimp tacos were exquisite. -Maxi Pali (Uvita) felt like the easiest grocery option for us as first-time U.S. visitors. The home’s design is so thoughtful — I could sip coffee on the porch or sit inside and enjoy nearly the same breathtaking view. The added sunshades on the patio and living room are a great touch and help with the afternoon sun. A BIG thank you to Rachel, Brendon and Mo...an unforgettable stay for our family. We’d absolutely return!

The villa is exceptional. It is well represented by the photos and immaculate in every way. The bed in the loft is set up more for a child to sleep there rather than an adult. If you plan for someone to sleep on the couch, know that it is VERY sunny starting very early. Bring your own toiletries if you are a large group. Restaurant recommendations, waterfall and beach recommendations are perfection. Chef Chino is a pro, his food is incredible and he is so fun. 4 of the 6 adults in our group got massages on the patio by the pool and it was a wonderful experience. The drive up to the villa is only intimidating the first time you do it. if you have a 4 x 4, it's completely fine. The view and bird watching is unmatched. Kitchen is great! We had an amazing experience, 6 adults. Moises is a true gem!!!

We rented the Pure View Villa for two weeks. First, we want to "Yes, and" all the other reviews. Yes, the views are amazing. Yes, Mo is a fantastic local resource and property manager. This trip was our seventh to Costa Rica and each time we've rented a different home. Until this home, we've never really found a home that we've said "Yes, we'd rent that place again without reservation." So, yes, we would rent this home again without reservation. It's incredibly convenient to both the restaurants of Ojochal, the fishing of Sierpe, the upgraded BM in Palmar Norte, and the Boruca People. It is a bit of a haul back to Uvita and the northern parts of the Osa Municipality, but you get paid back for the lack of traffic and activity around the home. We did find the that house didn't handle the heat as well as we would have liked. The design doesn't promote breezes the way more traditional designs do and so you find yourself relying on the AC. That said, a solid "A" all the way.

It was the best house that we had in our past 5 years!! The nature it's amazing! It is very private location. I definitely recommend this place!!

Rachel and Brendon have a stunningly beautiful home. Luc, our three children, and I were so very fortunate and grateful to spend a week in their spacious, stylish, and very well equipped villa! It was truly the most beautiful vacation home we have ever stayed in. Every detail has clearly been intentionally designed to create a sense of beauty, comfort, and serenity. This villa is immaculate, light-filled, and tastefully decorated. The infinity pool is such a gift, with a wide variety of tropical birds in the background and at times really close by. R&B are great hosts and communicators, friendly, and they know exactly what people need and desire during a vacation. Their property manager Mo is the best we've ever dealt with: super welcoming, thoughtful, and helpful. Their recommendations were stellar, which allowed us to enjoy three very adventurous and nature-filled tours and a great chef at the house. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We HIGHLY recommend Pure View Villa.

We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Private and relaxing with a beautiful pool and so many amenities. The home is well stocked which made it so nice with being in a foreign country and everything being new. Laundry was a nice bonus too. Moises and property owners very responsive and helpful with suggestions/recommendations. Highly recommend booking Chef. There’s also a delivery service that will order/deliver restaurant food if you don’t feel like leaving! (Just ask Moises about it). Most everywhere took American dollars/credit cards which also made things convenient. The jungle, wildlife, birds and sunsets just add to the picture perfect setting. You feel immersed in authentic Costa Rica vs tourist. 4x4 needed for drive and adds to the adventure. :)

Amazing beautiful modern house with an amazing breathtaking view. We loved every moment here ! And Mo was very helpful and kind :) Definitely would recommend
