A private cenote sits just 5 meters from this luxury villa’s rooms. With 8 independent suites, shared living spaces, and room for 16, it offers a distinctive jungle stay 10 minutes from Tulum.
Overview
Nomad Humans Cenote & Coliving invites you to stay within 6,000 square meters of jungle, with a private cenote located just 5 meters from your room. The property includes a luxury villa with eight independent suites, a traditional palapa, a Mayan pyramid, and a natural swimming pool.
We can arrange a range of private experiences, from wellness activities and temazcal ceremonies to private parties with live DJs, professional sound systems, and lighting.
The Space
Nomad Humans Private Cenote Villa & Coliving is located just 10 minutes from downtown Tulum. The villa offers:
- Eight bedrooms, each with a private bathroom
- Two living areas
- A communal kitchen
- A fire pit
- A coworking space
The layout is designed to support community living while preserving privacy and personal space.
Guest Access
The villa is easy to reach. When traveling from Playa del Carmen toward Tulum, turn right 100 meters before Cenote Casa Tortuga. Continue for approximately 800 meters to reach the entrance to Nomad Humans Cenote & Coliving.
During Your Stay
A local Tulum host will welcome you upon arrival and provide a complete tour of the jungle villa. They can also share local recommendations and remain available throughout your stay to assist with anything you may need.
Private chefs, yoga teachers, calisthenics coaches, and other facilitators are available to create personalized experiences at the jungle villa and coliving space.
A caretaker is on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to help maintain the property's security and assist with immediate needs.
Sustainability and Utilities
Nomad Humans is a sustainable coliving property powered by solar panels and batteries. The villa operates entirely off the grid without public electricity, so guests are asked to use electricity and water mindfully to help protect the environment.
Electricity is available 24 hours a day, while air conditioning operates for 12 hours daily. We recommend using the air conditioning from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. to support the proper functioning of the solar energy system and batteries.
Jungle Wildlife
Because the property is located in the heart of the jungle, you may see local wildlife, including monkeys and iguanas. These animals are not dangerous; please respect them and coexist with them peacefully.
We recommend using mosquito repellent for a more comfortable stay.

I loved the place and the experience We spent a few wonderful days, the cenote is super nice, and we were 10 minutes from downtown Tulum. We were a group of 8 couples, each with their own private and comfortable room, which allowed us to rest and enjoy with total peace of mind. In addition, we organize the chef and massage service, both excellent, and private transportation always punctual and perfectly coordinated. The Escaiplight Tulum team supported us at all times to organize everything Undoubtedly, a perfect place for those looking for rest, privacy and a natural experience in Tulum.

IF you are looking for a location secluded from the urban area and surrounded by nature, this house is a very good choice. El Cenote is beautiful and if you like living with nature you will love it. On the other hand, it is important to note that being a wild area there are too many insects and spiders. Unfortunately we had the inconvenience that 2 rooms did not have the air-conditioning and that was very uncomfortable for the guests in those rooms. The air conditioner only works 12 hours (7:00 pm to 7:00 am) for them to consider as well. In the area there are other cenotes that you can visit and the center of Tulum is 15 minutes away. Coqui was always attentive to messages and responded quickly, as was the person who cared for the house.

Good place to unwind the mind with your friends. They must rent a car because it is very inside and transportation is complicated.

the experience is for adventurers, to be a place that is in the jungle , but they offer the amenities to the possibility since it is 2 km away in the jungle , it is necessary to have a vehicle, there are many areas of opportunity for improvement but in general a different experience if you want to get out of the classic all-inclusive trip and risk this you will like

It is a special experiential place, being in the jungle and having its own cenote. Unfortunately, the main generator broke down for 2 out of our 3 nights stay, and we are unable to use 2 rooms both nights since the backup generator had to be used. There was a foul smell in one of the rooms that had power and AC, so that was a loss too. Travelers sensitive to insects and bugs need to know that they are abound and go in the rooms.

A spectacular place to disconnect and live with your friends or family, secluded, but 6 minutes from the track that connects you quickly to Tulum in 8 minutes.

We loved our stay. House and grounds including cenote were beautiful. Had a really great time, and it’s also a lovely walk (early) to beautiful cenotes along the road… The only downside was no restaurants close by but then again that did add to the peacefulness. Would be useful to have a folder of info on places to visit nearby in the house for guests to browse. Coqui and team were super helpful and responsive to any questions.
