It's an amazing place to get fresh air and get in touch with nature. Highly recommended for a couple of nights and to clear your mind. They supported us with food and everything was delicious. The girls were happy with the peacocks!

Amazing place, nature, peace and harmony with the environment and its host Fernanda. It's the right place for a weekend away from the city. Everything has been amazing. Highly recommended.

A beautiful place to rest, connect with nature, in a beautiful house with many details. The host Fer was super helpful at all times. He pampered us a lot and made sure that the stay was spectacular and safe for my 8-month pregnant wife and for my family, including my 1 and 3-year-old children, who enjoyed the place and did not want to leave. I left there feeling lighter and everyone was happy. We will definitely be back.

Very nice sanctuary, a place to be at peace and in contact with nature. It's clean, I just think the Jacuzzi needs more cleaning. Keep in mind that the kitchen is not close to the rooms, you have to wash dishes and separate the garbage. You will also find peacock poop everywhere, it's not a bad thing if you take into account that it is their home. I didn't like that one of the cabins could not be closed from the inside. Fernanda is always attentive, maybe too much for my taste, but she cares about your comfort. I took a beautiful memory with me and would return because of the beauty of the place

The three of us had a wonderful, peaceful retreat. We learned to cook some of the local cuisine. Enjoyed floating in the pools and stream, massages, walks in the forest, sustainable architecture with bamboo and thatched roofs. The compound is astonishingly beautiful in its natural beauty. We can't say enough about the hospitality of the host and her cooking and knowledge. The peacocks were particularly enjoyable to watch, we never minded their calls. We also found the steps a good daily exercise for us. It was a perfect stay for us who enjoy nature and the sustainable ways in which we engage with it. We also visited the nearby villages and city of Cuernavaca and the archeological site of Xochicalco, which we loved.

A beautiful place to rest and enjoy! The photos definitely don't do it justice to how beautiful it is. The kitchen is amazing and being able to cook with wood gives an extra magical touch to the food. The views from the quarters is spectacular, waking up like that is unparalleled. Fer is also a great host, always available if you have any questions and with a great recommendation to order cecina, fresh cheese and handmade tortillas.

The Sanctuary of the Real Pavo is more than a lodging experience, it is inserting yourself into a natural paradise and living a beautiful architectural experience. Fernanda supported us a lot with the whole organization, we were taken care of and cooked delicious. 100% recommended, no doubt that we will return.

The house and grounds are amazing. Better than the photos. Definitely need to be in shape for the numbers of stairs and the recommendation for ear plugs is a good suggestion as the local peacocks are beautiful and like to call each other! Fernanda walked our group though a local animal book she took photos for. A very good experience for all
