Located just 3 minutes from the Rancho Clubhouse and an additional minute from Playa Santana, this getaway features a spacious outdoor area, air conditioning throughout, a private pool, and unobstructed views of the sparkling ocean.

Please note that a mandatory Rancho Santana Resort Fee of $17.25 per guest per night will be charged after booking and paid directly to Rancho Santana.

Casa Carolina is ideally situated near the Rancho Santana clubhouse, providing serene surroundings and stunning ocean views. The villa includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

Please be aware that there is currently a home under construction on the lot below Casa Carolina. A privacy barrier is in place, and noise should not be an issue.

In case of a power outage, a battery backup system automatically activates to power lights, fans, and most electrical outlets, though air conditioning units will not operate during this time.
