Located just 3 minutes from the Rancho Clubhouse and an additional minute from Playa Santana, this getaway features a spacious outdoor area, air conditioning throughout, a private pool, and unobstructed views of the sparkling ocean.
Please note that a mandatory Rancho Santana Resort Fee of $17.25 per guest per night will be charged after booking and paid directly to Rancho Santana.
Casa Carolina is ideally situated near the Rancho Santana clubhouse, providing serene surroundings and stunning ocean views. The villa includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.
Please be aware that there is currently a home under construction on the lot below Casa Carolina. A privacy barrier is in place, and noise should not be an issue.

The view at Casa Carolina is unbeatable! Amazing sunsets, huge deck, great views from inside the house too. Easy walk or drive to Playa Santana (~5 min walk down the hill, maybe 10 min up). AC units were really efficient. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The noise from the nearby construction was minimal and not an issue for us at all. We loved this house!

Wow!!! What a place. 3 of us went on a surf trip. It overlooks Santa (one of my favorite breaks in the world) You can time the crowd. The sunsets were all time. Beautiful place to stay. The house was great. It was everything we needed. We never used the TV or anything and ate out most the time. We used it to pretty much crash every night but it was super relaxing. The host were awesome. They let us know know when there was going to be a power outage for the couple days we were there. They had the fans on back up power as well as the lights. It was a great trip. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great 5 night stay. The house is just as pictured, very clean, and has beautiful ocean views. The Inn, market, Santana beach and spa are within walking distance of the house (the walk includes a small hill that could be difficult for small kids, but no problem for adults). That said, I think we would rent a car for our next visit to be less reliant on the once-an-hour shuttle from the Inn for accessing the other 4 beaches. Jose with NSR was very responsive and helpful. NSR helped arrange transport for us from Liberia Costa Rica and everything went smoothly.

This is a tricky review to leave, but it's info I wish I had before booking. The view is spectacular & the house was the perfect size for our family of 5. If you're used to ABNB, it's important to know that NSR is a concierge service & not just a host (we prefer a more hands off experience). The house is close to the clubhouse (restaurants, beach, resort pool), but not walkable after dark. The road is very rocky & my kids slipped several times in broad daylight. Having a car is necessary IMO. The roads around Rancho Santana are steep, confusing & everything is very spread out. The house is ~20 mins by car away from the most kid-friendly beach (Los Perros). Food at the main restaurants was just OK & was the most expensive of all the areas in Nica we stayed. Leaving RS to eat or explore was not easy. NSR was wonderful -- very responsive, professional & everything was fixed promptly, however we had so many issues that it made our shorter stay a lot less relaxing than it should have been.
