The villa is located along the Combia road, in a safe and tranquil rural area known for unforgettable mountain sunsets.

The Space

Mornings begin with soft mountain mist, while evenings end beneath colorful sunsets. Built across three spacious levels within a gated community, this 374-square-meter (4,025-square-foot) villa combines the serenity of the Colombian countryside with the conveniences of a modern home.

It is well suited to large families and groups of friends seeking a peaceful getaway.

Living Area

The first level serves as the home’s social hub, with enough space for 20 guests to gather comfortably.

Bedrooms

Seven bedrooms are distributed across two levels, giving each group a comfortable and quiet space. Every bedroom includes a large closet, television, hotel-quality linens, blankets, and pillows.

Second Level

• Bedroom 1, master: 1 king bed, 1 double sofa bed measuring 1.40 meters, sofa, and armchair. Includes air conditioning, a large balcony with a rocking chair and hammock, and a full bathroom shared with Bedroom 2.
• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed measuring 1.40 meters and an armchair. Includes a large balcony and a full bathroom shared with Bedroom 1.
• Bedroom 3: 1 double bed measuring 1.40 meters, a large balcony, and a private full bathroom.

Lower Level

• Bedroom 4: 1 double bed measuring 1.40 meters and a full bathroom shared with Bedroom 5.

Air conditioning is available only in the master bedroom. The mountain climate keeps the rest of the house naturally cool, and fans are provided.

Important Property Notes

• There is no lifeguard on site. Guests swim at their own risk and must supervise children near the pool and lake.
• Wi-Fi is rural and limited to coverage inside the house. It is suitable for disconnecting but not for demanding video calls.
• During severe storms, the water supply may be interrupted for several hours.
• The three levels are connected by stairs only. The home is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
• Access to the community includes approximately 15 minutes on a stable, safe unpaved road.

Guest Access

Check-in is conducted in person. Mr. Guillermo, the co-host, will welcome guests and hand over the house upon arrival.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire private estate, including:

• The complete three-level house

• Green areas
• Barbecue balcony
• Private parking for approximately 10 vehicles

Restricted Areas

• Linen closet inside the master bedroom, where spare linens are stored
• Cleaning supplies closet, where restocking products are kept

Accessibility and Family Information

• The property is kid-friendly, but children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the pool and lake. Neither area has a fence or lifeguard.
• A crib, playpen, and high chair are not available.
• The property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility because all three levels are connected by stairs only.

Important Information

• Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and includes an in-person handover.
• Check-out is by 12:00 p.m.
• Late check-out is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance through Airbnb chat.
• Maximum capacity is 20 guests. The nightly rate applies to everyone sleeping at the property.
• Daytime visitors are permitted, but anyone staying overnight must be included in the reservation.
• Only the booking holder’s details are required for registration.
• Pets are welcome at no additional cost. Please keep pets off the beds.
• Electronic parties are not permitted. Loud music is allowed only until 1:00 a.m.
• The minimum stay is 1 night. During the Christmas and New Year season, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
• There is no lifeguard at the pool or lake. Guests swim at their own risk.
• No resort fees, valet service, or additional deposits are charged.
