Beautiful place and location, well maintained and usable. There were many beach items in unit for use (chairs/shade umbrellas/coolers/sunscreen and sunburn ointment, etc.). This place was well curated for a visitor to have everything they need at their immediate access. If you came unprepared for any event, there was either immediate access to a remedy or means to remedy this within a 5 minute walk. Why 4 stars: 1: Unit access. when checking into the location, the instruction required a digital passcode lock, but the lock was not functioning. Fortunately a neighbor was able to give us access through a spare key, so it appears this has been an issue in the past and the host incorporated contingencies. 2: Construction. There was construction occurring directly below our unit as of June 2026. We are early risers, so this did not greatly affect our stay, but we could not "sleep in" as a result if we wanted. This is important information for anyone who is booking this location to know.

We booked this Airbnb based on the balcony and views and they didn’t disappoint! We loved having our coffee from the balcony, watching the sunrise and listening to the birds. The location was great for beach hopping and checking out the surrounding areas. The condo had everything we needed for a day at the beach, a nice plus! Jenny was very responsive and did everything she could to ensure we had a great stay. It was a great trip!

Our family of four just had the most amazing stay at David’s place. Can’t recommend it enough! The condo is large and well appointed. Very comfortable beds and loads of pillows. Lots of extra towels and linens. Fully equipped kitchen. But the best part is the location. Walkable to many restaurants! Stunning views from the very large balcony and from the master bedroom. The pool is large and clean. The semi-private beach down below is also special. Host was very responsive and friendly. Truly our best vacation yet! Thank you!!

Loved our stay! The view from the balcony is truly stunning; it automatically becomes the place where you want to eat, relax, and read! It’s also a big plus to have a swimming pool and the lovely little, almost private beach right at the bottom of the stairs. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, Playa Flamingo, a small market. A real wow factor!
