The 2,200 square foot residence spans two levels connected by a spiral staircase and offers modern conveniences, terraces with jungle views, frequent wildlife sightings, and convenient access to Manuel Antonio National Park and nearby beaches.
On the upper level, you will find a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room featuring large windows and sliding doors that open to rainforest vistas. This floor also includes one air-conditioned bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. A wraparound sofa and terrace overlooking the garden and pool create ideal spots for morning coffee or evening drinks.
The lower level opens directly to the pool and garden through sliding doors. It houses a second living area, laundry room, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one king and one queen), two bathrooms, and direct access to the pool. The private pool is surrounded by tropical gardens, perfect for lounging or grilling your favorite meals.

The villa is surrounded by rainforest, ensuring daily visits from wildlife such as monkeys, iguanas, toucans, and macaws. While all windows are screened, occasional insects may enter. If you or your group are sensitive to bugs or geckos, Costa Rica might not be the best destination.
Please avoid leaving fruit or eggs out, as monkeys can access the property and cause significant messes. Always clean the kitchen thoroughly after use, as even small crumbs can attract ants into the house.

This villa in the Antonia manual estates was one of the highlights of our 15 day Costa Rica excursion The beds felt clean, brisk and was done with premium bedding. The pans are high quality and they even left some condiments available that one may need. I truly appreciate the daily outdoor cleaning service to the villa, the fresh floral arrangements and the gifted fruit basket. We highly recommend this spacious and beautiful home set inside a private residence with a 24 hour guardsman and lush well managed gardens. The area had great attractions, our favorite was the national park where we had monkeys trying to interact with us. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. This accommodation added so much value to our trip! Book it.

I stayed here with my 3 teenagers for 5 nights. We all absolutely loved it. Everyone was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our villa was comfortable, well stocked and we saw monkeys and iguanas every day. Our pool was cleaned daily for us and they put out 2 brand new hammocks for us that we enjoyed daily. The kind people in villa were so responsive with every request and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hidden waterfall on the property was a favorite for my son. If we are ever fortunate to return to this area, we would absolutely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villas! We loved the location so easy to get to all the main attractions and beaches but also felt very peaceful and out of the hustle of things. We saw so much wildlife sitting on the porch. Monkeys came by every night and was our absolute favorite part of the trip watching them play. The pool was refreshing. The unit itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The mattresses were a little more firm then my taste but such a small detail in an amazing place to stay!

This place was fabulous for my family of 4 (2 teens). Each kid had their own bedroom and bathroom. The property is beautiful and location is great with access to many different activities! We had a family of capuchins visit one evening, and there is a black spiny-tailed iguana that hides out in the backyard! Saw many other lizards and my Merlin app picked up numerous bird calls. Would definitely recommend this property!

This house was perfect. My favorite thing was to lie in the pool and just look up at all the tall trees and greenery. After 2 days I felt better and relaxed. The monkeys in the trees in the early evening were such a treat. At night we could hear a Howler monkey, so cool. I love to listen to birds and was delighted at all the exotic sounds the Merlin App picked up. The house is really comfortable with everything we needed, very clean. We loved watching the world cup games. The location is a perfect base to all the area has to offer. Appreciated the basket of fruit when we arrived. My husband and son walked to get pizza one night. Loved the open plan and spacious feel of the house. Appreciated being able to do laundry too. Cannot recommend enough, the host is super quick to respond and communicate.

Excellent place. They know the standards of hospitality because everything was clean and had the right tools. Very eco-friendly and quiet. We were greeted with a basket of fruit and coffee. We are very grateful. 🌈💚
