Important Information
- Bay View Grand Residence charges an additional fee for residence bracelets:
- 350 Mexican pesos per adult
- 200 Mexican pesos per child
- Bracelet fees are paid upon arrival at the apartment reception area.
- The tennis court, spa, and gym are available for an additional fee and are optional. The front desk can provide further information.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. The terrace is the only designated smoking area.
COVID-19 Policies
- Palapas, lounge chairs, and beach chairs must be reserved each day.
- Face masks are mandatory in enclosed and common areas.
- Consuming drinks or personal food in common areas, including the pool area and lounge areas, is not permitted.

Jorge and Vanessa were excellent to work with. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner and were very helpful during our stay. The condo is in a prime spot on the north side of the building with great ocean views.
