• Parties are not allowed, and quiet time is strictly observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the terrace.
• Pets of 5 kilograms or less are allowed.
• For daily bookings, guests are allowed up to 40 kWh of electrical usage per day. For long-term bookings, the cost of electricity is not included in the rental price and is a separate charge based on actual consumption.
