For entertainment, there is a 150-inch outdoor projector screen paired with a Roku sound system, perfect for watching movies or enjoying music. The outdoor area comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests for dining, barbecues, and socializing.
Additionally, a newly renovated basement studio is available for use if the caretakers are not occupying it. This space can provide extra room or complete privacy upon request.

- Cleaning and Sanitization: A thorough cleaning process is conducted after each guest’s departure to ensure health and safety.
- Caretakers: Caretakers reside in the basement, which is separate from the main villa. They are quiet and only access the upper floors with guest permission. For complete privacy, caretakers can be relocated for an additional fee with approximately two weeks’ notice.
- Maintenance Schedule:
- Pool and jacuzzi maintenance occurs every Tuesday and Friday around noon.
- Garden maintenance takes place every Friday at 9 a.m.
Maintenance personnel have an access code to enter the property.
- Virtual House Guide: Your stay includes a digital guide containing all essential information about the property and surrounding area.

Overall, the stay was great. The location was convinient to all the activities we wanted to do. Patrick was extremely helpful and communicative. The rooms and the amenities were great! The kids would not get out of the pool and took advantage of the large property for playing sports. Although, there are a lot of items in the kitchen that need upgrading, and the tiles in the pool were coming off, needing repair. Power went out twice during our stay for unknown reasons, but came back within 30 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay! This home was perfect for our family, and the amenities were the highlight of the trip. We spent so much time enjoying the outdoor space, the pool, hot tub, comfortable seating areas, and all the pool and beach toys were a huge hit with everyone. The beach was just a convenient five minute walk away, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. We also loved grabbing coffee each morning from Java Coffee Co. nearby, it was a great local find. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we'd happily return. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful, as soon as we drove into the property it was like entering your own personal paradise! This property is appropriately described as an Hacienda with a great pool and hot tub as amazing amenities. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds, and the upstairs master has a sweeping vista of the ocean! There is not only a nicely supplied indoor kitchen, but also a great outdoor kitchen. I recommend this property to all staying in the Playa del Coco area!

The house was just as described in the listing and in the pictures. A/C is all areas of the home was appreciated. We encountered a few issues with the fridge and shower, but Patrick was quick to respond and fixed both quickly. The pool and hot tub were both very clean and we used both most days. The location was excellent and walkable to Playa del Coco. We would stay here again!

The villa was just outstanding. AC was cool and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing to swim in. The second story outdoor balcony had such a beautiful view. Loved having dinner there and just talking with my family about our day while we watched the sunset.

Gracious & helpful hosts. House had all the amenities & space for 7 adults on our trip. Cool wildlife at house: monkeys, iguanas and birds. Five minute walk to beach & Pacifico Beach Club. 12 minute walk to local groceries & coffee shop. 21 minute walk to center of Coco. It is best to also rent a golf cart which allows for easy travel (4 or 6 person) for grocery & beverages, as well as travel to Ocatel Beach (a must). We used a driver recommended by our hosts for transport to & from airport but also to visit Playa Grande for surfing. The local Costa Rican people are awesome. We plan on coming back soon! Thanks for an unforgettable trip!

Our family of 4 stayed here over spring break and I can’t overstate how phenomenal our experience was. The living areas and bedrooms were spacious and clean. Large kitchen to cook for a group. The outdoor space was perfect. A large pool, covered outdoor cooking space with brand new grill and pizza oven. The projector for music or movies was fantastic. A 3 minute walk to the beach or less than 1 minute drive. The town was so charming with MANY local delicious restaurants. Having a washer & dryer on the property was so helpful to wash our beach towels throughout our stay.
