The master bedroom offers breathtaking views of both the ocean and mountains, which can also be enjoyed from your private patio. The living room shares these stunning vistas, creating a serene atmosphere throughout the home.
Outside, you can unwind in the private infinity pool or hot tub. For entertainment, there is a 150-inch outdoor projector screen paired with a Roku sound system, perfect for watching movies or enjoying music. The outdoor area comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests for dining, barbecues, and socializing.
Additionally, a newly renovated basement studio is available for use if the caretakers are not occupying it. This space can provide extra room or complete privacy upon request.

Guests have full access to the entire property and all building amenities. Make yourself at home and enjoy the space freely.
Additional Information
- Cleaning and Sanitization: A thorough cleaning process is conducted after each guest’s departure to ensure health and safety.
- Caretakers: Caretakers reside in the basement, which is separate from the main villa. They are quiet and only access the upper floors with guest permission. For complete privacy, caretakers can be relocated for an additional fee with approximately two weeks’ notice.
- Maintenance Schedule:
- Pool and jacuzzi maintenance occurs every Tuesday and Friday around noon.
- Garden maintenance takes place every Friday at 9 a.m.
Maintenance personnel have an access code to enter the property.
- Virtual House Guide: Your stay includes a digital guide containing all essential information about the property and surrounding area.
- Damage Waiver: An optional damage waiver is available to provide coverage for accidental damage during your stay, offering peace of mind.

Our family of 4 stayed here over spring break and I can’t overstate how phenomenal our experience was. The living areas and bedrooms were spacious and clean. Large kitchen to cook for a group. The outdoor space was perfect. A large pool, covered outdoor cooking space with brand new grill and pizza oven. The projector for music or movies was fantastic. A 3 minute walk to the beach or less than 1 minute drive. The town was so charming with MANY local delicious restaurants. Having a washer & dryer on the property was so helpful to wash our beach towels throughout our stay.

Outstanding stay with a large group. The 5 minute walk to the beach feels even shorter, and you are just a short 15-20 minute walk from town. The entire place is extremely nice and the outdoor area is just perfect. We found ourselves having trouble doing anything else other than hang out outside because of how nice it was. The hosts were excellent. They were responsive, friendly, and more than willing to give any information necessary while also making you feel comfortable. 10/10

Our family of 15 had A great stay! The place was large and the views were beautiful. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we made good use of the projector for movie night! Patrick and Chantel were great hosts, very responsive. We did rent golf carts as it was easier with all the little ones but you could definitely walk to the beach and town if needed!

This place is AMAZING! The Host were great and responsive before and during the trip. The Vila was decorated nicely, amenities were on point, and the kitchen had all the essentials as you would expect from a great host. We even found beach chairs and accessories in the laundry room. My wife and I took the kids with their respective girlfriend and boyfriend and had a great time. The outdoor space provided a great place for game night, which we enjoyed late into the night. We rented golf carts to get back and forth to town and the locals were always waiving and wishing us a Merry Christmas. As previous reviews mentioned, we saw howler monkeys every morning and even mamas carrying their babies along the wall. This is a fantastic Villa to stay at. We will return to this same Villa, if we visit Playa Del Coco again. Thank you Patrick and Chantal for letting us enjoy your Villa.

This beautiful house is amazing, open space and location. We had a family gathering for a 60th birthday celebration. Family gather had 13 adults and 6 grandkids and when I say this house was perfect IT WAS!! The outdoor undercover patio was a great place to chill mornings and evening. The pool and hot tub was a life saver, grand kids enjoyed every day. Morning times outside sipping coffee was amazing, as we seen several monkeys climbing and hopping to other trees and they were making there loud noise to each other. We also seen several iguanas that blended with the color of tree limbs. We did rent 5 golf carts to get around in Coco, this was perfect for all, it is walking distance to beach, but it was just easy to drive golf cart. Patrick I want to thank you for the Transportation information (Costour) the bus we needed for our big group to pick up and drop off at airport. Baby rental information (Mangobabybeach) Patrick made this so easy!! I will contact him again in the future.
